Pulled my 18 wheeler in the gravel lot behind Waffle House so I could walk over and get some Krystal’s. Dining room closed at 1:30pm on a Wednesday. Drive thru only. No food for me. No money for you. Restaurants that can’t fully open should fully close their doors.

Typical fast food. Rude service, average food(fast food rating), lobby closed, drive-thru only. Drive thru did move fast

I stopped in yesterday and was informed that I could no longer order at the window! That it’s on line ordering only!!!Guess I’ll be eating elsewhere!

Great place to stop in and grab some lunch or supper. The only reason I have given four stars instead of all 5 was that they were short handed, and it wasn't the employee's fault

It's STILL NOT OPEN in the LOBBY why??? Dont say convid-19 that excuse is over used. Go through the application faster if that is the problem. But the food is good.

Me and my daughter had lunch at Krystal the burgers were great we dine in great place to eat your meals

It's food. Can't go by their menu or website. Supposedly can mix krystals and chiks in a 12 or 24 pack. But they said they couldn't do that. First one I've ran into that couldn't. Their burgers are bland. Which is why I asked for ketchup. Didn't even put ketchup packets in there and the fries were cold. So won't be back.

It's Krystal. About like every other Krystal. It's sad. All Krystals used to always be hot, fresh, quick, and tasty. Now they're disappearing like chaff in the wind.

Horrible call to place order cause we drive a truck and even tho it says they are open sign on door says closed call to place order I was hung up on 3 times just Horrible not only that but employees eating in dining room wouldn't even acknowledge me it's just sad our taxes help pay for people to get paid NOT to do the job they are hired for

The food was good but we went through the drive-thru and the person was very rude would not let you finish thinking and slam the door in our face
