Worst experience ever. Cashier said safe had been locked a week and demanded exact change. Took 35 minutes waiting in hot parking lot for an 8 piece bucket. Chicken was days old, Refried. Disgusting. Shame on you. I wasted $33 of my hard earned money for this ?
Drive through only? This is just not convenient when the restaurant is within walking distance. if I need to get in my car to place an order, I’ll drive somewhere better than KFC.
Waited 45min on food and had to go back to window to find out they didn’t drop my order, had to get my money back without anything . What a waist of a restaurant KFC needs do do better and hire more people who willing to really work! 7/17/2022 @ 9:00Pm
It was crispy. We went to the one in Moulton,service was a lil' slow but it was fresh.
Nice folks great cooks. The only problem was we ordered extra crispy but ended up with original instead.
Not happy.left out one of my sides that I paid for and wouldn't answer the phone when I tried calling back
The service was good had to wait on the chicken but I knew it was fresh everyone was polite and professional keep up the good work
Got the 8 piece family pack the chicken was dry, overcooked, and underbreaded. The sides were decent. But I won't come here again.
By far the best KFC experience I've had in a while. The lady taking my order was very friendly and helpful. The guy at the window was just as nice. And to top it off my meal was very tasty and correct when I got home.
on my way to work. mashed potatoes and cole slaw was supposed to be family size. half the chicken in the bag is so old it is completely dried out. the biscuits are hard as a rock. i get off late, so nothing is open at 3 am. make it make sense.
