I got sweet potato casserole and it had lost its sweetness and tasted old, green beans had a good taste but had stems in them, the chicken had no flavor. My husband got steak kabobs and they had no flavor and were tough, the vegetables didn't have flavor. We had expected better food since the place is always busy but learned people go to drink and chat more than eat. The fried mushrooms were great so that's the only thing I would have again especially for what they charge. Not worth the price overall
Always good! Jody knows what he’s doing. Never had anything but good food and the bar is a great place to eat if that’s your thing.
Salad bar was well stocked and everything fresh. Ordered their grilled chicken, delicious. I loved the old cowboy paintings on the wall.
I love the bar here staff is friendly drinks are perfectly made. The spinach dip, caramel cheesecake & Wyoming Ribeye is a Must try cooked to Perfection ?
My steak was a little on the tough side even though it was medium rare. Overall they had a good salad bar and my baked sweet potato was excellent.
Everything was wonderful! The staff, steak, salmon, chicken, salad bar, and the CHEESECAKE! Do not leave without trying the BEST cheesecake! So delicious!
Stephan has the best restraunt ever!!! If u are in alabama and need something small to eat like if you wanted dessert. Or a healthy small meal t;his is the place to be. He has cuisine international food that will fill u up. Not just ypur belly but you too. Do what are you waiting for and come on over to Stephans steakhouse roday
When I travel I always enjoy the local, family owner type places. This is clearly one of them. Throughout the meal as people entered they greeted one another as if it was a family gathering. Really cool to see in this day and age. Refreshing. The service was great, the steak cooked properly, and the price was right. A full bar as well as a salad bar with all the fixin's was available too. Recommend.
Food was good, but some steaks were a little pricey. Service was excellent.
This place is amazing, from the minute we walked thru the door to paying our check we were treated like family. Janna( I hope I spelled it correct) our bartender/server was exceptional. Once she heard your name she used it, very attentive, knowledgeable and funny. We also enjoyed the food, our steaks were tender and cooked as ordered. Very flavorful not tasteless like some places. Large variety of entrees and salad bar had many items. Loved it so much we went back the next night.
