if I could give this 0 stars I would. Soon as we got to the ordering box, we weren't greeted or anything. They said right away "go ahead with your order". Then we started to order. Before being able to tell her what we wanted on our sandwich they interrupted us "what drink". Didn't give us time to tell them how we wanted our food modified. Got to the window, she took our payment, handed our food, didn't say goodbye or anything. When I said thank you, she replied with "mhm" with her back turned as she was closing the window. The customer experience was worth less than even .01 stars!!!!! Few tips: 1. GREET THE CUSTOMER 2. LISTEN TO THEIR ORDER AND ASKS QUESTIONS AFTER 3. POLITELY SAY GOODBYE
I swing by their drivethru sometimes on my way to work. The food is always fresh and it's kept me coming back. It's always relatively fast and the folks working inside are always very nice and polite.
Drive thru Service at night was awful!Close early if you don't want to wait on customers after 9pm. We got there 30mins before they were closing and nothing in the order was correct.As a food chain, keep your standards up!
The fries were not hot the burger was awful. My fur baby wouldn't even eat the burger that ought to tell you something. The woman was not friendly at all and she dropped my change when she handed it to me out the drive through window. She just looked at me. She didn't say hi or apologize. Whats wrong with this picture? I will not be back and donnot recommend this place to anyone.
Always great fried chicken and sides..management could've been more helpful when order was wrong on 3 out of 5 plates ordered were wrong, plus unwilling to correct or even give us drink cups we paid for, cashier was wonderful..anyhoots doubt we will return to this jack's..js
Best biscuits and Sweet tea around.. Today the Lady at the drive through at 9am had NO customer service skills this is not the norm. The usual. The normal drive through person is excellent in her customer service abilities.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.There was roaches infront of the bathroom,in the bathroom(womens) and there was a roach under one of the tables. Floors were nasty I will NEVER be back i’d rather drive a little further than come back here ever again. I know somebody that works there and they allow no breaks and you have to sneak and eat your food?? That is unbelievable this jacks needs to either have a new manager or be SHUT DOWN. And I mean every last bit of what I say and to make it even worse they get my order wrong every single time I come (I always get 2 chicken sandwich’s with mayo and fries) they always forget the mayo even though I ask after I order my food and before I even leave they say it’s already in there and my fries (if I even get some because they always “forget”) are always hard as a rock,undercooked,old,or overcooked. My chicken sandwich is always soggy i’m never bringing myself or family,friends,NOBODY here EVER again this place seriously needs to be shut down immediately. I forgot one thing the employees are very very rude everytime I come. I should have stopped coming here earlier than this but THIS IS MY LAST STRAW. I hope to anyone going to work here please read this and consider not working here. Ive never been satisfied with my time here. A couple times I came my burger was still raw and that’s when I started getting chicken.
Absolutely delicious!!! Service was fast & friendly as always! Can't wait for another great lunch here soon!!
The workers was not loud talking in the back but the food was good
Not bad BIG BLT are Great they put a massive amount of bacon on there need to ask for extra mayo if you like mayo on your BLT.
