We went later in the evening, as we had just arrived in town. This was the first time we had ever had Jack’s. Both of our items were completely wrong - to the point that I had the one thing I asked to be removed doubled and ketchup replaced with bbq sauce - and everything was cold or even frozen. It was a major disappointment and we don’t intend to try any more.
Jack's has taken the breakfast standard and run with it. I AM THERE EVERY MORNING AND THEY NEVER LET ME DOWN. Hardee's used to dominate breakfast food but no more. I can't say I'm sad to see it go because you can't have a successful business with $h|tty representatives....for those who don't knowREPRESENTATIVE = KAREN OR SHANEQUA WORKING THE WINDOW.
Arrived to get a decent meal as usual. This location is always backed up on drive thru. As is my custom i went into the lobby. I noticed an older hispanic gentleman waiting for his food. I was 4th in line. When i got my order placed he was still there. I asked the cashier about it, and was rudely told," We are short staffed and he was just going to wait!" When i asked the gentleman what he ordered it was 2 wraps.I waited and my order came up before his. Wow, Jacks has fallen way down the staircase of poor customer service.I spent 4 years working fast food. I do understand things get forgotten. I do understand people dont show up for work. What i dont understand is making a customer wait over 15 min for 2 wraps. What i dont understand is rudely being told jacks was short staffed and a customer just has to wait while customers that came after him were being served.As always the food is good. The whole customer service experience was awful. It will be a while before i go back. I get better service from McDonalds a little further down the parkway. The food is not as good but they know how ti run a frontline with out being rude and inconsiderate.
Burger was good for fast food. Made as I asked .Chicken and biscuit Luke leather. I asked if it was fresh b4 ordering.Used to be great but nope..only one location in my area great in service if the lady manager is there..she accommodates!Young guy at window nice.
Giving a 3 cause food is always great but standing waiting for my order an ployee walked in from outside that was outside when I came inThat employee did not stop and wash hands but gloves up and went to work on food prep. While sitting in the restaurant area it sounds like an employee is getting a tail chewing by a supervisor or manager in the corner. It's very weird environment. Don't they respect privacy of customers and also employees?
Food was hot and good but the bathrooms were so nasty my husband refused to use it and the store was dirty. There was food under table that looked like they had not been moved and swept under. We came from Castilian Springs TN which is 4 hours away and are looking to move to this area. Will not be back here.
they can bring back quality and better attitude. using a virus as an excuse is sad..and the dress code has gotten out of hand..I worked for this company and we all had to follow dress code.beards hoop piercing was not allowed
Past 4 times food missing. Get home missing hamburgers and many items. Go back ask for a refund with receipt in hand, they say NO? Workers said here is the food we forgot, but refuse refund! Manager is crooked!!! Got my refund after arguing, but you should Stay away!!
They made the cotton candy milk shake.... delicious!! Good employees and great service. Yes I do recommend.
