Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at any Jacks restaurant ever. I arrived at 735 am which is still breakfast time. I ordered ice coffee but they out. I commented it must be popular manager responds well I guess so cause a lot of people order it. YOU CAN'T SELL WHAT YOU ARE TOO LAZY TO MAKE!!!! At least 10 people asked for iced coffee before I left at 755 am and got the same response we out.This next issue is the reason for the 1 star review. I can live with you being out of items but not be being clean is DISGUSTING.Not 1 table in dining room was clean. I had to clean off the table I sat at. Then I discovered French fries on the floor which means, it was there from yesterday. This store is missing MANAGEMENT and training. Here is a tip hire a manager that is clean and has common sense you can teach them the rest.
Breakfast us always good even if it is 1000 ppl who eat there every morning

First time ever. Loved it. The flounder fish sandwich rocked. The service was great. Time from ordering to feasting on some wicked good food was extremely fast. The sweet tea was delicious. Us Northern folk don't get sweet tea like that.
I thought Decatur was bad. Wort jacks ever. 2 price dinner was under cooked cold no salted fry's dryed up wing and leg both hours old slaw was old and uneatable. My wife's chicken salad had 2 tiny pieces of chix tender that was old and dried up. Worse. Jacks I've been to. Will never stop there again.
Food was fresh and good!!! I haven't stopped by in a while, but Im glad I did. Coming from Huntsville. It was hot and fresh!!!
This is hard for me to do and not to be biased bc I work there.But the food is wonderful. It's always HOT, ACCURATE, and AFFORDABLE !!I'd have to admit that the fries are amazing, bc it has a special salt.
It was an outstanding burger and fires. First time eating at a Jack's and was not disappointed. Service was fast and friendly. Food was hot and delicious. Will definitely stop by again whenever we are through there.
Great food and the manger was super helpful. I didn't catch his name but my visit was on 2-7-22 around 4pm. Being an over the trucker I run into a lot of people who don't go out of their way to provide good customer service. So it was really good seeing someone who cares about what they do
The chicken biscuits are to die for. The biscuits in the morning are so buttery!! I moved to Tulsa and I wish there was a Jack's here. Everytime I go to visit, we have to go here. You must try it whenever you get a chance.
