I know they are short handed but my breakfast was wonderful after a night of camping.
Rude lady on phone, called and asked for my sausage biscuit after leaving the drive thru and realizing I didn’t have it. It was a minute or two after 11 and they would not give me my money back or another biscuit for free. She said that since it was after 11 there was nothing she was willing to do about it. When I tried to ask another question, she hung up on me. Horrible customer service and very rude staff.
Store was clean food was fresh hot and good
For this company being short staffed at this location they sure do make sure their customers are took care of
Walked in one day, really down, a manager named HEATHER was so awesome and inspiring, she changed the course of my life, made me wanna be a better man..I hope to see her again one day!! ❤ BTW the food was awesome quick service
The lovely oh so cheerful and so courteous lady at the drive thru told me the FUNNIEST thing I ever heard.4 Steak Biscuits + 1 Small Hashround = $19.02If that ain't a joke I don't know what is. I hope they went ahead and made them so they had to throw it away. Hardee's will never last with such nice and cheerful customer service and prices like that.

Staff is friendly, but check your order before you leave. Missing several of our items, biscuit and gravy didn't have enough gravy in the bowl to even cover half of the biscuit. Ended up making a jelly biscuit with it. Definitely not worth the $30 I spent for breakfast.
