It's so nice and quiet and cute on the inside, we sat and had my birthday dinner and the food was PHENOMENAL, our server was WAY better. ❤️ He was kind, courteous, fast, pays attention for half empty cups and empty plates, he was amazing!! Delicious Asian food. Everything is freshly made and hot.The dumplings were the best I had in the States by far. The portions of chicken are pretty big and really tasty and they all come with rice on the side.The prices are high but the quality of the food is excellent. The service is friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes.I would absolutely go back next time I'm in Decatur.
Treated and seated immediately. Young man who waited on us was courteous and friendly. Food was good and well presented. Very nice evening meal. We were traveling and this was a nice find.
Good seating area with both booths and tables. Not very busy for lunch. Serves alcohol. Food was good with standard Chinese lunch selections at reasonable prices. Portions were not huge so no to go box but that is ok with me as long as the food is good. Attentive wait staff. Good for groups and business lunch.
Used to be a great place but portions and quality have diminished for to go orders. This is about the 3rd or 4th negative experience before leaving a review so it's been consistent for me. One time our rice tasted fermented or very old and we couldn't even eat it. Every time I get home and open our boxes, the general tso chicken doesnt even fill the entire bottom of the to go container. It looks like I've already eaten some.
Best Asian food you'll find!!! Their sushi is amazing..We eat here 2 to 3 times a week.

Server was friendly but not knowledgeable about the items on menu. Sweet ans sour chicken was not hot almost cold. Teriyaki chicken was good.
Fulins always delivers excellent service and food. I have been eating there since 2012. Sam always greets me and we usually end up chatting the whole time im there. Fire Dragon roll and the Singapore rice noodles are my favorite.
Horrible service. Didn’t get all of our food. Had to ask 5 times for our check also had to ask them to remove food from bill we didn’t get. The last ticket we got had a $5 credit then the card receipt she brought back was a $10 more than my original bill. Very sad because the food is always good but service is always terrible. Never again.
