Customer service was horrible. After waiting 25 minutes I went to the counter to ask about my order only to be told with an attitude they were working on it. After another 10 minutes I went to register for a refund and was not given a full refund. I had to ask for the full amount to which the manger responded saying they wouldn’t give me a refund for the unopened bag of chips. After I asked again for a full refund for which I was owed he threw a 5 dollar bill at me and said to keep the change. He then fussed at me the whole way out the door. Terrible
Been here at least a dozen or so times and my sandwhich n chili is always very fast and very good. Keep it up guys!
The food is really good but the customer service is sub par. I ordered online and went to pick up 20 minutes later to be told they were still making my order. I waited another 10 minutes to be asked if I was waiting on another person's order, only to find out that my order was sitting in front of one of the prep people already completed. They just shrugged it off and didn't even say thank you, it's a bummer because I do really like going there.
So I went to Firehouse Subs due to a coupon from TMobile. The cashier guy was unfriendly and still charged me full price eventhough he saw my offer from TMOBILE and I followed the directions. I realized when I got back to work that he didn't even ring up the right sub. Very disappointed but I paid because I could. What if it happened to someone who was depending on that deal.
Spent 40 waiting for just a normal sandwich. It’s a mess and doesn’t taste good.
I came in for 1 sandwich that took 20-40 mins complete .. they helped everyone around me before even starting my order ..

I usually place my order on the app. My sub always tastes good and fresh. They are good hard working people that care about what they serve. Keep up the great job!

We celebrated the new episode of CHICAGO FIRE by picking up Firehouse Subs for dinner, as they help provide funds for much needed equipment to first responders. The Sammies were delicious and our cats enjoyed playing with the bag from Firehouse, lol.
