They very slow. On there cell phones. Too busy talking. Phone ringing off the hook & they don't even try to answer. Told me my food would be ready at 7:49pm got it at 8:20pm. They kept saying it would take a hour from when you ordered but it took over a hour. Horrible service.
I’m on hold for this location to simply ask a question before I complete my order online and I have been on hold for more than 45 minutes!! Only thing I needed to know was do you accepts checks!! This place doesn’t need to be open if they can’t answer the phone for the Public which is who you serve and the reason why you are in business!!
Service was terrible because they were do busy The girl at the window basically told me I didn't want to order anything because it would be such a long wait Like she talked me out of ordering anything I'm sure the food was good tho They were really busy because Little Caesars closed early
Good pizza at ok price but loved the brownie. They are great when they have deals for like $5.99 each. And they have plenty of stores around the city. My 10 yr old son prefers Dominos over any other pizza place.
Pizza hadn't taste. Where were the spices? Last time.

Someone added a tip on my bill without authorization. I tried to call and speak to a manager and he didn’t even know how to handle the situation. Informed me it was my card yet I called my card and let him hear the transaction that was made for 5$ more then what my purchase was. Horrible customer service and took forever to answer the phones
Worst place to order a pizza from. Will spend bare minimum hour and half on phone before any one will answer. I’ve tried to order a pizza 3 times now this week calling from 10:30 when they open up until 12 and can’t get a answer. Even had 4 guys I work with call at same time as me nobody got answered. Don’t waste your time
Wes is the best! I’m sure the other staff members are as well but he knows when I order and how to get where I work! ? great and fast service always! Never have a major issue, minor issues are always fixed but I have them so rare that they don’t matter ?
On multiple occasions this dominos can’t figure out how to pick up the phone to save their life. Every time I try to call I sit on their automated hold for about 20 minutes before deciding to just hang up and not worry about it
