Not so good experience. Our server Kim tried to get smart with my brother while ordering his food . I ordered salad and boneless BBQ wings and she brought me buffalo wings. I told her that I ordered BBQ wings and she argued with me and told me that I ordered buffalo wings. She corrected the order and the food was good.
Food and service well below par, 2 hostess waiting on no one while one server was clearly overworked. No silverware, food was cold ( don’t get the chicken) and fajita was too salty and over cooked. Waited on silverware longer then we waited on the food.
Food was really good. This was the 1st time I've eaten here. Service was really nice . The atmosphere was nice also. A+!!!
We had a great experience! The bartender Kim was really awesome. She was very busy with several tables as well as the bar and still managed to give great service! We will definitely be back and hopefully she will be there!
The food at this location is horrible. Just moving to this area from Orlando Metropolitan area where the multiple, multiple times I've eaten at any Chili's through the years, the food has never disappointed. This location definitely not up to par. Food was so, so hot. To hot, the way food gets when it's over microwaved, which would explain the rubber steak, disgusting broccoli, and runny mashed potatoes. And an hour plus later a very crampy upset stomach. Waitress was decent tho. Yeah, I don't make bad reviews like this unless it's well deserved. Eat somewhere better.
Fries portions getting smaller and very inconsistent. Sometimes I gotta order extra or I get to much. Done with chili's for a good while.
My family and I visit the restaurant all the time; however, our last visit was horrible. Trash everywhere, fool on the seats etc.. ordered a drink and 20min later I was informed they were out of the beverage. It took 20 min for a response. Put in our food and after an hour waiting, we decided to leave. Requested a manager on our way out and the manager was in the back cooking. Not sure if she was an actual manager, didn’t seem like it. Until they change management and clean up their restaurant, we will not be back.
Understaffed so there was a 10 min wait unless you sat at the bar. The bartender was AMAZING! She was busy but was quick and friendly. The food came out quick and was delicious! Definitely will be back
Great Food as usual. It seems the grooming standards have gone away. Both the server and the person seating us could learn what a comb or brush are for.
There was no one at the host stand to greet us for several minutes. Other staff glanced at us and then went about their business. We were considering leaving when we were finally noticed and shown to a booth.Once we were seated, our server was prompt and attentive and the food was hot and delicious.This would have won five stars if not for the long hang time at the entrance.
