Honestly, I LOVE CFA and go there all thE time but for some reason the Decatur location is the worst I’ve ever been to. The employees are always so rude no matter if you go through the Drrive Thru or Inside or Mobile. I always ask for extra ice in my tea because I can’t drink it lukewarm and the cashier laughs and give me a tea with hardly any ice at all. I ask for more ice and she just says sorry and walks away. I had to go to a gas station to pay for a cup of ice so I can actually drink my tea I purchased. I have this issue every time even if I mobile with extra ice or ask them specifically for it. The employees are just so rude. Quality of food and drinks are still good but the people working at this location are horrible….
Excellent Food, Great Service, Dining in or Drive thru, dosen't matter they always deliver/serv a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ order meal!! End of story!!!
Food was the usual fine. Spent over 25 minutes in the drive thru before ever reaching the speaker to tell them I had placed a mobile order.
Like all chick fil a’s, the drive through can be packed wrapped around the building and you still get super hot & fresh food QUICK.
Awesome location with awesome Grade A service. I personally recommend the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal customized (No Pickles, Add Bacon, Add Pepper Jack Cheese), side of waffle fries, and a Cookies and Cream Milkshake. The customization takes that sandwich to another level beyond awesome. Vote to make that meal Wayne's Favorite and make it a permanent menu selection.
The drive through is... Strange.But, they've done the best they could to what I can tell... Inflation didn't happen for no reason at all... J's ?
Try to order 5 10pc chicken mins. @ 10am and was refused because staff were too lazy to make them. I order from Chick-fil-A alot & never had this issue before. This location is unprofessional and lazy. You have only one job to due and that's to take orders and service your customers and you failed to do so because of lazy staff members and manager was unprofessional as well.
Amazing experience as always, me and my daughter had lunch while waiting on a dr appt. Inside was clean and customer service was excellent. It was the middle of lunch rush and service was fast and food was perfect!
Always a pleasure to work with them and to pick up dashes from here.
This is the nastiest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to it is 8:53 in the morning there are no kids in the play place other than my twins and this place is disgusting they should have this clean
