hadn't had Capitan Ds in a while. it was good ..everything was tasty. people were nice too. that's a bonus

Dude. The day I went with my sister the food was fresh and the service was excellent!!! Place could be a little cleaner and when cleaning shouldn't have trash bins left open and mop buckets left when customers are dining. Overall terrific!!!
Sweet Tea tasted bad... took a while to get order and when we finally was served...they didnt even have cracklins I ordered and they my favorite part of going to Captain D's. They never served me any either. I prob won't be back to the Decatur location.

I was at our Captain D's (Decatur, AL), Friday, May 20, 2022, around 5:30 PD and had one of the BEST "fast-food" experiences ever! I went inside to order, as the drive thru was quite long. The young lady taking my order was so very sweet and accommodating, as were the other gals working with her. I really didn't want fish, but my husband did, so I asked if they had a vege plate. They did!! I ordered and before I could get my Facebook app open on my phone while I waited, my food was ready. These gals deserve BIG kudos from management and corporate. A raise would be nice, too. They sure made my experience pleasant and fun! Food was great, too! I only wish I would have gotten their names!

The most discusting service at the drive thru!!!! After I ask her to repeat the order, at the window, when everything was 360° as apposed to what we orderd,......As Marines always, trust their gut, my wife said it'll be right as I was observing the bag exiting the drive thru!!!! Marine's "GUT" Would be correct!!! Chicken for fish how difficult can it be?? 3pc. Meal shorted to 2pc. The other 2pc. Meal 1/2 & 1/2 "CHICKEN/FISH -........NOT...KIDDING...YOU!!!!!! Trashy looking establishment, the employees looked lost in their scope of work and or service as well!!!! It's my last try with this dump!!!! Chain restaurant with the typical company menu. As with most places they are always short staffed. However, the crew working lunch on Sunday did an excellent job taking care of customers. Orders were accurate and timely and staff were helpful and friendly.This particular franchise needs to consider updating and freshing up the building. Drink machine has been out of order for some time now
Open till 10 p.m. entered the drive thru at 6:25 and was told at the speaker "We not taking orders right now".No explanation, nun. Do better little lady on the headset.
