Seems every time I give BK another chance, they just keep disappointing me. Drive-through service and staff were just fine here, but the chicken biscuit was quite bad. It's some sort of factory-formed thing. Should have taken the hint from the regulars. The drive-through line at the Hardee's next door was around the block. BK line was empty. Now I know why. Sad to see BK decline. They were a childhood favorite.
Burger King in priceville is always top notch. Fresh food and great service every time.
bk in priceville don’t b toasting they buns like they supposed to i’ve checked everytime i order and there’s no toast marks and the buns are soft as if there soggy. i worked at bk in hartselle and know how that supposed to go.
This is for the Burger King on 6th avenue in Decatur, they are about the worst as far as fast food restaurants around. Just for the record fast food industry is shrinking. I do realize that they may be short staffed, but come on drive through. When you're inside dining is closed and all you have is drive through, staff needs to be adjusted. Personally I think that upper management needs to come down and do some work or as they say get their hands dirty.
I give it a 4 because there drive through, which is the only way I visit is always quick enough for me and they have that incredible whopper the one made with out meat which seems to satisfy my craving for a burger but iam trying to limit how much red meat I eat. That's what's up.

I like Burger King over most fast food. But, the quality seems to be going down at this location. Kind of understandable in current employment conditions.
Burger king's slogan is have it your way correct? Well the manager was rude an said I couldn't add lettuce or tomato to my big king I will report this to corporate. plus this store always messes up my orders an does nothing about on countless efforts with receipt an pictures of the items
I had to double check and make sure I was at a Burger King. This place is clean, quick, and actually staffed by nice people. The ranch sauce is nasty though.
