This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a buffalo wild wings restaurant. Got a the big sampler cheese sticks weren't done and the sauce was wrong on both sets of wings we got. We spent sixty bucks after tip and all for food that was wrong and not done including the fried pickles. I've never left a restaurant and felt so ripped off in my life.
We went to BWW this evening. It was crowded and loud. Not saying anything negative just be prepared with the noise. It was fun though. There was a table of people that was literally standing up and singing at times. I ordered a burger and my husband got the traditional wings. He said his was delicious. My burger however was over cooked and didn't have much flavor. I will honestly order wings the next time instead of the burger. Overall good experience and the waitresses was very nice.
Great food! Customer service is a joke. My party waited to be looked at for 20 mins. Not one single worker asked if we had been greeted or helped. It was as if all 5 workers on the floor were blind to us.
One member of the team was not going to allow the reservation, said they do not take reservations through the app. I argued with her and she got a manager, manager took care of us. Other than that, our waiter Alex was awesome, food was fresh and came out on time, kept us full with Drinks and whatever else we needed
No matter when we go, either some of the food is cold or it comes out after the other members food has came out( like 5 mins or longer). Waiters and waitress are always awesome.
Just left.... without service. Showed up at 11:02, very few tables in the restaurant. We were seated and others seated after us. The other tables were waited on. We waited 15 minutes and never saw a waitress at our table. Hostess came to seat another table and I asked who was our waitress because we had not even had drink orders taken. She said she would be right back. Three minutes later we just left. Ridiculous when there's only maybe 5 tables in the restaurant and plenty of staff walking around.
It's becoming impossible to enjoy going here. The food good, beer is definitely cold. However, twice in a month we have been told there were no booths available. The first time I literally stood there and counted the empty booths in front of her. She said "yes ma'am but we're in the middle of rotation so there's none available." Whatever. Then the last trip we walked out. There were people standing and waiting to be seated everywhere. She said there would be a 40-45 minute wait. I looked up and counted 8 empty booths, didn't even count empty tables. I asked why such a long wait when there was so many empty booths? Her reply ... "we had 5 parties of 10 come in so we're not seating anyone to let the kitchen catch up." ... I mean what?? Can you not seat people and let them wait at their table as easily as you can make them wait standing around uncomfortably? You simply inform them it's taking longer than usual to get the food out due to the large parties and the kitchen being backed up. It takes FOREVER to get your food there as it is! We walked out and went somewhere else. When we left our chosen restaurant after finishing our meal, my son texted his friend whose family had stayed at Buffalo Wild Wings, they had been seated, but they had not even gotten their food yet. It had been an hour and 45 minutes at that point. What a shame.
Very good service! I was not, however a fan of the wing sauce. I’ll try the dry rub next time.
Very few people were in the dining area during lunch on a Fri. The wait staff were friendly and quick. The food was good. The kitchen wait times were long though, if not for that I would have rated my experience higher.
Normally I go here and have a very pleasant experience and good food, tonight was a different story. I went in and placed and order to go and while the staff was friendly, I was given the time 20 minutes turned into an hour for fries that tasted old and cold food. Very disappointed won’t do it again.
