I went in to buy some oysters. The only guy working was talking on his cell phone and never acknowledged my presence. I waited a couple of minutes, then left. As much as I love oysters, I'm not going to be treated like that. Will not go back.
Store is marked open 10 to 6 Tuesday thru Saturday. Google says open. Drove up at 5pm on tuesday....closed.

tried to call to order ahead several times and no one answered yet they were open. after ordering the lady told me that my son and I had to wait outside (burning my gas to stay cool) instead of waiting inside in the AC because she was the only one there. implying I suppose that we were going to steal something. I'll never be back. should have went to the moody crab. complete waste of time.

I called in advance 1030am, to order the tackle box, 2 pm for pickup, had to wait a little extra time due to only one person working. She was definitely multitasking taking care of every aspect of the store. The food was great and the young lady was very nice and I can see how stressful it can be. But the customer’s need to be patient and be polite to people and you definitely will get nice and polite in return.
Love Ards seafood. My only complaint is not their fault. I forget they are there! Their steam boxes are so good. Definitely recommend if you want some steamed seafood.
