How can you operate a restaurant known for its roast beef, without roast beef? I came through Wednesday. This location was out of roast beef, curly fries, mozzarella sticks, and ice cream. Not much left on the menu without these items. After the girl informed me they were out of these products that was that. She didn't say what they did have. It was like she knew if she said they were out of enough I wouldn't want anything. Then they wouldn't be bothered. Service is usually much better.
We have not been to Arby's in a little while, so we thought we would give it a try for lunch. The food was okay - had the swiss french dip, and curly fries. The problem was the cleanliness of the place. There were supply boxes sitting on the counter that we had to order "around". the counter looks pretty beat up. The floor by the soda machine was actually sticky and most of the tables were dirty. There were not too many employees, so we assume that they are a little short handed. With all of the places in the area to have lunch and the new places that keep popping up, I am not sure that we'll go back anyway soon.
What kinda fast food joint dont serve sweet tea or milk shakes as advertised on the menu. Such a inconvenience.
Great quality food and the worker was very friendly at the window. Given plenty of condiments and had food in a timely manner. Been many times and will continue to return.
Food is really good. Employees are polite and helpful. My favorite are the sliders.
Not very friendly and sealed my bag without asking assuming that it was a doordash delivery You should at least take the time to ask the customer first and give a greeting And the lobby was closed
The workers there were trying their hardest to do their best but it was busy and the inside was closed, there was a sign Closed due to no employees! I hope this mess passes soon!
Food was good but they need to work on customer service drive through person was a little rude.
You are better off just telling them how much money you have and letting them put what ever they wish in the bag. Three trips there 3 wrong orders
Stopped in today for Happy Hour. Ordered two small shakes as I have done several times over the past month. However, this time they charged me full price instead of Happy Hour price. I ask why not the happy hour price and the informed me that only the mini shakes were happy hour price! According to all online information, all small shakes are $1 during Hsppy Hour. What gives???!!!?
