Poor service, poor workers, poor management, fries were raw and uncooked. They put the whole order in 1 bag and smashed all sandwiches, cheese sticks, and fries. Horrible.
No interest in serving customers. I was ignored as employee after employee walked by me standing at the front counter. Ordered and watched as my ready made food sat on the bagging counter until every order they had was filled and sent everything out together. Food was cold and overpriced. This is an ongoing trend in fast food these days. Everywhere sucks. Charge ridiculous amounts of money for cheap trash and give zero customer service.
This location gave me curly fries without asking--which wouldn't be a huge deal except I am pregnant and have been craving curly fries today. They are also out of nearly everything.
Went twice in a week and both times something was left out and order was slow. It was fresh the 2nd time at least.
Bad service. Wouldn’t even take my order with literally one person in drive thru and not a soul in the restaurant. Wouldn’t even speak loud enough for me to hear them and then had the audacity to get an attitude with me. Went to the Arbys on the Beltline afterwards and the guy taking my order was amazing.
Thought arbys had the meat??Simple slider and you failed.
VERY FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL TEAM OF STAFF & MANAGEMENT MEMBERS. THEY ALL WERE VERY FAST AND EXTREMELY EFFICIENT. MY ORDERS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN 100% CORRECT AND HOTT, FRESH AND VERY DELICIOUS !
Here's my details... cheddar roast beef looked like you just took all the ingredients and through it the bag , the dr p was NOTHING but carb water, no horsey sauce is what they told me ?? The kid working at the drive giving out looks like "try me " or "rather be anywhere but here" ! Just absolute terrible service bottom to top ! I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS ... THIS WAS BAD ? ???
We were the only customer. One worker was standing outside speaking on his personal cell phone. The place was dark. He didn't acknowledge us, so we asked from our window if they were still open because we saw girls cleaning inside. He got h7ffy because we interrupted his call and snapped, "Yes!" We went around and ordered the 2 for $6.00 fish sandwiches. We were told to pull forward. No one else was in line. We waited 5-7 minutes. Then one of the girls came out and she asked what we ordered. Then we waited another 5 minutes plus to get COLD FISH. We were well on our way down the road. Highly disappointed.
My favorite thing to order is the gyro sandwich with roast beef and with curly fries. It's delicious. You can't go wrong with it!
