The ribs were great and the service was also. I really enjoyed getting to sit down and have a great meal for a change out somewhere. Now there were some drunken clowns sitting at the bar getting loud. Lucky for them they didn't say anything about my ear being gone from the right side of my head. I didn't want to have to take them outside and hospitalize them for being smart. By the way the Hostess was very nice and so was the waitress.
I've been here a few times. The staff was awesome and the food was amazing. I love the light fun atmosphere. This can only be achieved by having employees who take pride in their work. I love this place.
After being 15 minutes into a 30 minute wait (allowing a toddler to run off energy outside), the waitress said we had to start over because she didn't write down our name/number to put us in the list (even though she clearly remembered that we'd come in). Many tables available to seat customers, but they leave them waiting at front. No apology, just a comment "you can go somewhere else to eat" by the hostess. We've attempted to eat here several times in the last year, always to go through the same run-around.
We did a mobile pickup for the first time and called because we were unaware how it worked and they were very rude on the phone. The worker then came out to give us our food and I said have a good day and she walked off. I’m not the type of person to ever leave a review because I know that people can have bad days and I’m not going to risk them losing their job over something like that, but once we got home with our food the food looked like it was just thrown into the tray and was mixed with the sides. Anytime we go into eat I am very happy with our experience but this has to be the worst service I’ve ever received and unfortunately you guys lost my business.
For me and my wife appetizer and dinner for two was 70$ little expensive for Applebee's I got a water she got a sweet tea no adult beverages. The food was very average I think this is a pass for me and go somewhere else. The only thing that saved the rating is service was great but it was late on a Wednesday so was not very busy
Food and management are excellent. Waiting staff not so much, rude over the phone. Never brought out curbside pick up food even after calling.
Seated quickly, waitress very nice but after an hour of no food which consisted of appetizer and sandwich we left. Really no one’s fault just a sign of the times. Two waitresses for the whole restaurant and probably a couple of cooks.
The food is good about 80% of the time. The same goes for getting the order right when you order to go. Don't bother doing online curbside. They won't bring it out to you. Don't bother trying to pay online for touchless pay. They'll make you sign a recite still... so if you're high risk or have immunity and health issues, you might want another location. Pour service, you'll wait long periods even when it's slow to be even greeted. Then relieved barley Luke warm food. This is a very common issue here. You can order the same dish repeatedly, but half the time it's made poorly. I've had my chicken so burned before that it was black all over. Not cool especially for the higher prices. I get better food for less from other fast food joints.
Great food and service. Whitney was our waiter and he did a wonderful job.
Doordash is my reason to go in. They are always on time and very polite and happy. They move DDer in and out very quickly and professionally thanks for making it so easy on us DDer
