Ordered food to-go and it was delicious, but the cashier was very unhelpful, and slightly rude. I asked for water to drink, but asked for two large cups. I have my husband and two toddlers with me, so rather than carry out 4 separate cups of water, I figured it’d be easier to carry 2 large cups, and then split it when I got back to the car. Ya know, doing whatever makes life easier during toddlerhood! Well, the cashier charged me for 2 large drinks, when water is free. I asked her why I was charged for water, and she said because I asked for large cups. SMH. Really? I should have just handed them back to her and asked for 4 medium cups and a drink carrier to get my almost $6 back. She could have gone the extra mile to let me know the water wouldn’t be free when I initially asked for large cups. I know it’s fast food, but go the extra mile. :( I own my own business and know that in order to give an excellent client experience, it’s imperative to solve problems.. even the tiny ones.
The staff was great, 5 ?. But, the food has changed and for the worst. The Chicken Club is no more. The sandwich ? I paid for is in the trash can ?.
The food was pretty good, but if you're going to order ahead... The point is to have it ready when you get there. Not to make it all when you actually get there. Thus prompting the four out of five stars.
Staff is always very friendly, professional, and go above and beyond my expectations for excellent guest service. And the quality of food matches the excellent service by being equally amazing.
First time here. We had a very large group and they individually bagged each of our orders and got them out quickly… fresh and hot! Zaxby’s is the best!

Chicken is old and taste like it’s been sitting out for awhile, fries had no seasoning and were spongy and wet with grease. The toast was also wet from sitting on the grease pool of fries. ?♀️ Everything was almost cold.
Staff is always very friendly and the food is always good. I had a small issue with my latest order and the manager went above and beyond to make it right (I wasn’t even looking to get anything out of it.) They will continue to get our business.
First time customer so nothing to compare it to. The chicken in the spicy sandwich was cold and soooo hard I couldn't bite through it. Thinking since it was 9pm they just served me something that was sitting around. Needless to say I didn't eat the sandwich at all I did eat a few fried pickles but they were also cold and mushy.
Get the SouthWest Zalad Grilled!!! Also Great Customer Service!!!
