The staff was very friendly professional and effective food was hot and fresh and brought to my vehicle however Zaxby's as a whole has a sharp decline in quality of their chicken fingers the sizes are inconsistent some are very skimpy thus are overcooked in comparison to the properly sized fingers. As a former quality control inspector at the poultry plant for which is Zaxby's contracted I can definitely confirm they no longer meet former quality specifications which were quite rigorous delivering a consistent quality product since Zaxby's has changed their supplier my experiences at each Zaxby's has been come very inconsistent. However as a whole this particular location still has excellent employees and staff that care.

Food was not hot...no ketchup which was insane!! Could have bought some bottles..nobody happy as this is not Zaxbys.
It was ok I eat a Zaxby’s a lot and this one was definitely not the best out of all the ones I have ate at the hot honey chicken is what I got and they really didn’t want to put the sauce in it the tea sucked it was water basically really horrible
