It was late, late night and it was drive thru only. It's also the only thing, besides Waffle House, that's open. So, the line was really long. Considering the length of the line we moved through pretty quick and the drive through attendant was very friendly and the order was delivered quickly and prepared just like we asked.
Ordered a burger with cheese no onion, a large fry and a side of ranch. Burger had no cheese and had onion, got a medium fry and no ranch. The manager brought out a new order. After slamming the sack down I discovered another screwed up order. The exact opposite of no onion, it's piled with them but hey they added cheese! Oh and they managed to for get the ranch I paid for, again!

This whataburgers breakfast crew has got it going on....!!!Recommendation - Don't be shy....Ask for what you want....Because you will get it - "Just like you like it"...☺️
About the only fast food place that is worth the $10. you have pay for now. I do not recommend the fish fillets. But the burgers are good. I'm not sure about the chicken. My only real complaint is the extremely long lines to order and to get your food at the drive up. Also make sure you get everything you ordered before you leave. Staff very nice!
Asked for a double meat what a burger with cheese got a burnt bun with two dry Hamburgers on it. Waste of money. They were good when they opened but as you can see from the comments, the managers and owner do not respond to the reviews because they don’t care about your experience. Waste of money won’t be returning to this location. I would rather drive all the way to Mobile for What a burger then deal with this garbage food service again.
Had my first Whataburger and was vastly disappointed. I'm thinking I just got a bad one. Way, way too much mustard on it. I mean is seemed like they dumped the bottle on it. The lettuce was more of chunks than leaves as well. I would like to try it again at a different place but get it without mustard as the patty actually had a good flavor. Cook-out and Pal's are better in my opinion.
Went last night to location on highway 181. Waited for over 30 minutes which was fine purchased $60 worth of food to find out one full meal was missing when we got home. Not only that, my daughter's chicken strips sandwich had two long black hairs inside. I called and spoke to the manager who she apologized ant verified they're all supposed to be wearing hair nets but she could see three or four that were not. She did say I could come back and get my sandwiches remade what I would rather do is get my money back.
The food was great. The manager was working the register and she was so friendly. The other staff came around to us to give us condiments and then promptly went to mop the floor. I was very impressed.
Nastiest Whataburger that I ever ate from. (?)My Patty Melt was nasty slimy sauce with broke up patties hamburgs and 3 pies was disgusting and I couldnt finish eating the rest, because I got food poisoning.I bought 2 pies, apple and lemon, but they only gave me 1 in the bag, so I complaned and Per Cashier gave me 2 more on top of the 1 she gave me.They were all apple pies and one of them was almost fresh. The other 2 apple pies had no apples filling inside them old pies, but old dark sauce??I eat at the Whataburger in Texas when I Truck through I-20 and they make there food fresh with Excellence customer services.
