Service was good. Nice employees. Food tasted good. No issues there. But middle of eating my daughter had to use bathroom shes 4 years old. Ladies restroom was messy the toilet had blood smeared all over the top of seat it was disgusting. Mens restroom was dirty, but cleaner the ladies room so we used it only because shes 4 years old couldn't hold it. After that I pretty much lost my appetite after looking around the place as I sat there floors were disgusting water all under our table my daughter dropped her toy and her dress all on bottom got wet from dirty wet floor. Everything behind the counter just looked unsanitary. Definitely will not visit this location again.
Would have gave it no stars but their sweet tea was excellent.The waitress in the 2 to 9pm shift was the absolute WORST SERVER IVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE.THIS WAS TUESDAY MARCH 22 2022.She had an attitude straight off the bat.Refused us some things, brought out the wrong food. It looked terrible because the cook was dancing around acting a fool for the person at the counter and NOT paying attention to the food.The server rudely reordered my cousin food . Well part of it. BUT ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO REORDER MINE.I REFUSED TO PAY FOR FOOD I DID NOT EVEN TOUCH SO SHE THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS AND HAVE ME ARRESTED.WAFFLE HOUSE DOEST NOT HAVE PEOPLE ARRESTED FOR REFUSING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING NEVER EVER TOUCHED.I WAS HELD UP 45 MIN DEALING WITH THREE COPS.NO AMOUNT IF MONEY COULD GET ME BACK IN THAT PLACE AND I MEAN NO AMOUNT.MY COUSIN FEELS THE SAME WAY.NEVER IN MY 59 YEARS HAVE I EVER DELT WITH SUCH BS AS SHE GAVE . I DON'T KNOW WHAT HER PROBLEM WAS. BUT UT STARTED BEFORE WE EVER ARRIVED.
Really nice people until I realized my to-go order was wrong. It was a miscommunication — I called them back to ask if they could help fix it and I explained I said double capped but they heard topped and insisted that’s what I said and made me feel like an idiot. It is what it is, but next time I’ll go to the other one down the road so I can actually eat food I paid for.

Pretty darn nasty. Don't believe me? Go watch them clean the floor in the middle of the night, with a water hose. Water splashing up on the shelves behind the counters were they store some dishes and condiments. And, even though the staff is mostly friendly, watch them scratching various parts of their bodies and then grabbing plates of food to serve, as well as, pickup dirty dishes without ever washing their hands.
Always a good experience. The staff deserves more $$. Good food, cooked well, always fast and correct. Can't ask for more
Have been here for 45 mins was told they didn't have any clean dishes when we walked in the door. Not even offered a cup of coffee ......... Will not be back
This WH was extremely clean. Had an attentive waitress. Food good as always.
Very good food, but bad service. We sat down, looked at the menu, then the waitress, Jennifer, came to take our order. She was clearly impatient, I wasn't done ordering and she took off. Not impressed. There are other Waffle House in Daphne, hopefully not the same owner, cuz I won't be back to this one. This is the one by Arby's on US-90.
Awesome Sunday morning breakfast at the Daphne Ala. Waffle House. The cooks and hostesses were on top of their game today.
