Store was totally packed this morning! Someone put in a stupid large order and backed it all up. The crew was hustling as fast as they could. But, their attitudes were still positive, in large part because of the great spirit and encouragement of Renee, to them and the customers! Nice to see people keeping positive instead of complaining and moaning about everything….?
Came to pick up a mobile order and felt discriminated. I had ordered a Frappuccino with oatmilk and they did not put whip cream which I understand cause it’s nondairy! I stood there and two employees had saw me but didn’t acknowledge me. they weren’t even that busy and were even having a conversation with another customer. Still waited patiently until I said excuse me and asked “may I have whip cream.” She looked at me, grabbed my drink, put the whip cream, I said thank you, and she didn’t even say you’re welcome or have a good day. Just disappointed!

I’ve been meaning to do this for a while, but I always have a fantastic experience at this Starbucks! The staff is SO FRIENDLY! I am always asked about my plans for the day or how my day is going, and they wish me a great day as I leave. Great way to be encouraged first thing in the morning with such a pleasant interaction. Keep up the good work you guys!! I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone who wants a coffee and a smile!

I'm doing this for my wife. She went to this location Thursday March 3rd and got a bad case of food poison. She contacted them Friday the 4th to let them know and to check their food. (She had a bacon and egg on what ever they call their bread.) The lady asked if she went to the hospital. When my wife told her no. The lady told my wife that it wasn't any of their concerns then and blew my wife off. My advice to all! Don't purchase any food from this store! They don't care. We won't buy anything from this store any more.
Extremely busy always but if you love Starbucks that’s what you get !Bc they’re one of the busier stores , they definitely could use more staff but they still gave great service and the partners are very kind & still serve with a smile too when if overwhelmed ! I’m impressed
literally have nothing in stock HOURS before closing. asked for 3 separate drinks and each they were "out of" or "didn't have" AFTER paying. literally had to get a refund over it this has happened before and i just wish they'd communicate what they're in stock of BEFORE letting someone pay if there's any chance of it getting low
