They have absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered 3 breakfast wraps and asked for mild sauce- got ONE! When the guy with glasses came out and we asked for a couple more he rolled his eyes, walked off, and never brought us anything. Won’t be back period!
My last two visits to this place have made me determine that I should not come to this location again. I've had multiple times of excessive waiting on a mobile order even after they have acknowledged my presence. This order before last, they messed up my order and gave me unsweet tea when I asked for sweet tea. My most recent visit and the reason I'm leaving this review is because, while they only have the drive-thru open and I understand that, I had a mobile order and had already submitted it thus I needed to check in at one of the stalls. It was over 10 minutes before they brought my order (a grilled cheese double and a sweet tea), And The sandwich had not been grilled/toasted at all, the cheese was not melted in any capacity, And was basically just a double cheeseburger on barely toasted Texas toast.I do not recommend this place, and I will not be spending any more money at this location.Edit: I should note that pretty much every time I have had a mobile order, I have had to press the button and get their attention to actually get my order once I'm there.
I haven’t been to this location during daytime hours so can’t comment on that but going here at night is absurdly slow. Tried multiple times and only got my food once. Most people get tired of waiting and leave. Why three cars takes thirty five minutes is a mystery to me. Could be staffing issues but waiting in this line for this much time even that doesn’t make sense when it’s drive-thru only. Honestly the slowest drive-thru in any state at any place I’ve been to ever.
I don't know what it is about this location. It's the people that make the experience so bad! They are grumpy and sling everything at you. Or they aren't very well groomed. I live in Daphne and I'd drive to the Fairhope location before going back to this one. Food is fine but jeez.
Horrible experience, horrible food, horrible ice cream, disputing the purchase with my bank. They got my order wrong, then without my knowledge they fixed the order and charged my card again without notice, no receipt.
Not happy with the quality of food. Staff is somewhat rude and basically tossed my food into my car and promptly closed the window.
Always a wait, and they leave significant items off of your order every other visit. Check that bag WELL. Sucks there isn't much else as far as drive thru immediately nearby
Wrong food, ordered a garlic bacon burger, got a cheeseburger, wrong drink, wrong size fries. I wont be going there any more. They got nothing right and only 3 cars in lot. Wrong order took way too long and when i got home, as i ate it at home, i wasnt going to drive all the way back. Lost me permanently!!!! If i could give a zero, fail, i would!!!
First time to go to Sonic. Very good food. Worked out perfect for our visit to Daphne. Great little park there
They made up for a awful previous visit. Manager was awesome.
