Ordered pizza breadsticks and a drink was told the total was 18. Gave my sister the money for the pizza . She brings only pizza and drink. I run out the house for the driver to leave as soon as I get to his car. Leaves pizza on bed to call store. Was On hold for 6 minutes. Store says oh that’s because the calling center took your order and they mess it up all the time. I say “ so your tellin me I just paid $19 for a small pizza and a drink” she says yes . I hang up the phone, go to pizza. Half is gone. The dogs ate it. Last time I try and treat myself.
I love their pizza, it is the best of all the fast pizza places. Love that they give you a garlic sauce cup free with purchase. Unlike other people leaving these fake reviews, I am not a xenophobe. I understand the Russian people did not vote for war and that they live under a dictator. I understand that it is not their fault and we shouldn’t make them suffer. All these xenophobes leaving their fake reviews are disgusting
Talked with manager Darrin told him we received 1 pizza and it wasn't ours, was told he was sending out new order and refunding money and sending 2 ltr and some dessert . This was at 8:26 pm ,which we ordered at 7 . called again at 9:26 told them where's my order? was told it would be here within 20 mins,called again put on hold finally answered and said it wasn't picked up by Doordash. manager on duty wouldn't give his name and hung up on me. NEVER received our food it is now 10:15 and they are closed..thanks for supper and ruining my sons bday gift to me. Thought it was pretty funny too.(the manager on duty Darrian) Loveland Colorado
I ordered 2 large "The Meats" pizza. Both were to be well done. 1 was well done and the other was undercooked. Called to speak to the manager and the young man stated that he was the manager. After telling him what my complaint was, a woman jumped on the phone and said she was the manager. I told her what the problem is and she said that's how it was suppose to be then retracted her statement and said "Yes, I didn't leave 1 of the pizzas in so it could be well done". Went up there to get my pizza and she said she wasn't giving me another pizza nor was she giving me my money back. I spent $37.00 on 2 large pizzas and she won't replace or refund my money back. Now there's a problem that must be fixed!!!

Food is great however I do not like the fact they do not have any prices on the menu and when you pay look for a high receipt with no breakdown of how much items cost .So therefore you have no idea what you are paying for food unless you ask !
Papa John's has terrible delivery service when I called they said my order was on its way and it would be there in less than 5 minutes. they have good pizza but terrible delivery service I had to keep calling every 15 minutes asking where my order for delivery was. I don't even give Papa John's any stars

They have the worst employees ever, Ajay bullies other employees whom she doesn’t like. The GM could care less on how employees let alone customers are treated. I’ve never seen such pettiness out of adults. They can’t handle a rush cause they are to worried about what other employees are doing. The papa johns on Lewis and Clark in Clarksville needs something done with how they treat employees and customers!!! Bullying should NOT be tolerated and Ajay needs fired!!! As well the girl Emmy who works there!!!! These two girls don’t need to work for papa johns
