This used to be our #1 spot to eat out but it has fallen soooo far down the list its sad. I hope I can change this review one day but ts not looking good.For months the A/C has been out on one side of the building. And of course that's the side they automatically put you in. We'll, 6 people crammed into a booth with no air is not going to work. After finding out that the other side of the building was cool and no one other than employees were sitting over there eating I decided my family would move ourselves. The waitress was very accommodating and understanding but as she said, she was just following orders. I feel sorry for the staff that has to work in such miserable conditions. So once we finally cooled down we only had to wait another 40 minutes for our food (50 total). They were not busy by any stretch of the imagination. There were 6 tables including us. I'm not one to complain so I said nothing and waited. Our food arrived and the kids meals were good they said but my steak was the wrong one, I don't like too much seasoning but they gave me the Louisiana Sirloin, it was well done though I asked for medium, and the campfire potatoes were a cold congealed mush that wasn't edible.I paid without complaint but will not be going back. I realize the corporate office does not care and will never read this but I hope we.save at least one family from spending their hard earned money on this. There's too many places to eat to have to throw it away on terrible food in a hot restaurant.
Host was very confused with her job. We were seated by unruly kids, running, throwing stuff everywhere and very loud. Parents just thought it was funny. Waitress was nice but clueless. Waited over an hour no refills on drinks or bread. Still no food..waited an additional 30 minutes. Seen two tables one of 8 then the other of 6 come in, sit down order, eat and leave. Cant review the quality of the food because, we never received it. We decided to leave. So this location is horrible wish you all the best, hope you have a better experience than us.The one back home is really good. Maybe they just had a bad day.
To be honest with everyone, we never even ordered any food. We got seated and ordered our drinks. Before the drinks got delivered I had to use the restroom. The bathroom was disgusting, but what topped the cake was the 2 cockroaches that went running through the bathroom. I walked back to our table and told my husband there was no way I was eating there. He went and asked our server to come over real fast and I told him what happened and then we left. If there bathrooms are that bad and have cockroaches, I dont even want to know what the kitchen is like. I am not one to bash on a restaurant like this but come on, clean your facilities and call an exterminator. That's just unacceptable. Very disappointed.
This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Baldwin County. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. I have dealt with Kaitlyn on several occasions and she is what you call top notch customer service. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Baldwin County
Food was good and the service was top notch. My waitress Kaitlyn was fantastic. My drink stayed full and she was very enjoyable to talk to. Will be going back again and asking for her. My wife and kids also enjoyed her a great deal. Was a wonderful experience.
Had a fantastic experience yesterday with Tristen. I ordered the “bacon cheddar burger” with fries. It was not only prepared correctly, but it came out super fast and with a smile! She seemed super experienced and level headed. 10/10
We had a party of seven that needed to eat dinner after moving my wife into a nearby home for a new work assignment. We waited ~15 minutes and were finally seated at ONE table that was pushed against a divider so that only one side was available to sit. We were very crowded and my son and his girlfriend asked to sit at a nearby table to make some room. Drinks were ordered and my wife ordered Coke Zero,, which she was excited to see on the printed menu..Our server brought our beverages and apologized that they did NOT have Coke Zero. We ordered apps and got a basket of rolls dropped off. One little portion cup of butter and 4 plates for 7 people. Our 2 appetizers came to the table. Entrees were ordered. The first three came fairly quickly, but the last 4 came in piecemeal. Somewhere in there, a Coke Zero appeared at our table. I ordered the Louisiana Sirloin and found it to be superb. It was the most tender Sirloin steak I've ever been served and cooked to a perfect medium. The seasoning was flavorful and a welcome change from the usual. O' Charley's has potential, but their service level must improve.
We were seated immediately and greeted by our server, I believe her name was Bri, she was very quick to get us our drinks and food and checked on us multiple times. She was even nice enough to help my girlfriend clean up her drink she spilled all over herself. We will definitely return here for the service!
