I am not a usual at McDonald's but I've never seen such bad customer service the girl that took the order was rude and the guys in the pick up window were to. The one guy handed me my food and then told the other guy he could do it because I'm his type .... whatever that meant they didn't give me my drink or a straw until I asked for it . I did call and talk to the manager because I found it offensive but I have no idea if it was addressed.

Went through there today and the girl taking my order cut me off after every word. I wasn’t finished ordering before she cleared the screen and thought a new customer pulled up and then got an attitude because I had not finished. My order was very short and simple too. When I pulled up she had still had an attitude. The receipt machine was broken of course. My food was cold and smashed and my fries were half empty. I’ve never been someone to write a bad review, but this was TERRIBLE! From the food to the customer service! Sad that this place has people like that working for them. So unprofessional. Totally understand why this place gets bad reviews. Staying next door at the comfort inn and totally understand why they get bad reviews they messed up every order I had. They gave me a sandwich with everything on it that I asked for only cheese and a little bit of Mayo. Gave me a melted milkshake, that they made 1st after bagging 3 other orders first, fries are cold everything was messed up both times I went. Lesson learned

I’m not sure what happened to the McDonalds I grew up with! I have tried this restaurant twice and the service and food are substandard for the McDonalds brand. I won’t return!

What a disappointment. No drink lids, napkins or straws in the lobby until I asked for them. Most of the tables were dirty. The staff was not in any hurry to anything. I was given a spoon to eat a big breakfast. No jam for the biscuit.

I gave them five stars because they are short staffed and the few that are here were actually running to try to move things along. They did have to wait a lot longer than normal other staff was trying to catch up. They were able to keep the place clean.

So I know lunch is a busy time. But to make 5 cars pay then park us all over the parking lot because you were worried about your drive thru time? I know the food wasn't cook right then. The fries were old. Burger cold. Then had attitude when asked what I ordered. Excuse me. You shouldn't have us scattered like crazy. Need to train your employees again.

I don't know what was up the day I went BigMac was small and cold and IT gave me the runs. At one time they were my go to BUT NOT ANYMORE.I. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK FOR FOOD POISONING

It was ok. Placed our order substituting a round egg for a flat egg, but the order taker charged us for both. Then because I used an app coupon with our order, it billed my phone app before we could see the total! Finally the manager had to come over to give a refund. Why does the use of a phone coupon have it pay with my phone app? If i had ordered on my phone, i could have seen the total BEFORE i finalized and paid!

Um... Good Luck?This location is a complete crapshoot. You never know what you are going to get when it comes to food. I can pretty much guarantee that the service you receive will be awful.The folks that have worked here over the past 3 years have been really terrible at their job, to be completely honest. From yelling at customers that tell them that their orders were wrong, (Well, maybe you shouldn't have ordered that.. was really a response I got when my Big Mac was missing from my order), to making the strangest noises on the microphone trying to be funny. There have been 3 times, three! that I have been in the drive thru line when they close it down for the night because....? Thats the worst. You wait in line for 20 minutes just to get to the speaker and have them tell you at 830pm that they are closed for the evening... no reasoning given. No apology. Nothing. Just "We closed early".I have written and called into the MCD Corp a few times. They usually have someone from the franchise call and apologize, but nothing changes. Ever.Yo McDonalds... You might want to do something here. This location is really making y'all look like... clowns.
