From start to finish incredibly rude impressionable staff. I asked for half and half tea for my kids meals was given straight sweet in addition to an extra drink I didn't order. Girl at pick up window didn't say anything just handed me two happy meals and couldn't even be bothered to close the boxes just handed me wide open happy meal boxes. I went inside to get refund for one of the teas and when I asked for half and half they just handed me new cups (fix it yourself). Ok fine I go and there's not even unsweet tea on the counter just sweet. I get water. Go outside and open my quarter pounder box its a regular patty in the wrong box. Will never come back. Like everyone else with bad reviews, I'm not impatient, but this lot clearly hates their job and does not care about customer service. I was nothing but polite and all 4 employees I interacted with acted inconvenienced I was there.

Terrible experience today. We were there by 8:15, and the restaurant was already out of egg McMuffins and sodas, although not busy at all. We ordered water, but instead of bottle waters, they just gave us cups of water from the soda fountain, but still charged us. To top it all off, they shorted us on the food. What a group of nincompoops!

Stopped by McDonald's to grab a quick snack while running errands. It was less expensive to get a double cheeseburger and fries than it was to get a regular cheeseburger and fries, so I went for the gold. I was very surprised when I received my meal. The burger was hot and fresh with melted cheese!! Condiments were applied evenly on the burger and the bun was soft and warm. The fries were hot and crispy, without being too salty.

Unfortunately, this place needs tons of emprovement. Especially with the staff. I know times are tougher with good help, but this place really needs some intervention. There were two employees who stood out as fantastic, but the rest needed more training and help with their customer interaction. Young, so I'm sure with time , they can greatly improve. Thankfully the ones who gave my order were fantastic and you could tell were forced to carry the weight of those who were not. I wish those two luck and hope that relief comes to the when more experience come to their coworkers.

I wouldn't even give this place one star. Only did because I have to share how unprofessional and rude they were today. I use my McDonalds app a lot during the week. Their kiosk did not print me a receipt so I could pay at the counter, so I had to reorder, ok not a problem. But I had used one of my deals to get free fries and it didn't ring up. I asked the lady that she fix it and a manager stated that the fries are not free. After explaining that I used a deal, she asked for the mobile code, I tell her I did not get a receipt. I offer to show her in my phone the deal I am trying to use and she says she don't wanna see it! Nope! Stormed off and told the girl at the register to just give them the fries. I WONT BE BACK THERE. I understand that it gets busy. But it's no reason to be down right rude!!!!

Lack of selection. Wanted a simple Egg McMuffin and a coffee. Already cleared the grill for lunchtime burgers, sorry. Oh, and the coffee machine is broken, sorry. I then asked for a cranberry muffin, but don't have any, sorry. Asked for a hot tea, don't have any of that either. Ridiculous. Went to Cracker Barrel instead. Got everything I wanted.

Absolutely garbage service. Wait 25 minutes just to order because whoever is taking drive through orders favors the inside lane over the outside lane. I counted a 3 to 1 ratio while waiting. Also, the person taking orders DOES NOT listen and has to ask multiple times about every detail of the order. Listen, and people won't have to repeat multiple times! Get to the window to pay, only half the order was correct. I have the lady at the computer correct what was missing and have my card ran a second time. Get to the window to be handed the food, THE ORDER IS STILL WRONG and MISSING ITEMS. I've had it with this location. Worst of the worst. I worked this job at 16 years old nearly 16 years ago and I can promise, I could still run circles around the joke of a crew running this location.

Consistent bad service, they actually had a 100% mistake rate as I was waiting to ask for a refund noticed they had not gotten a single order right. Arguably the worst Mc Donald's, sort of the worst of the worst.?

how we all blessed with common sense till u get here and they ask but put different stuff in the bag! gonna speak to family that owns over ten of them to speak to the corporation folks of doing better Training ?
