We have pizza lunches occasionally and host lock-in babysitting nights (about every other week) at our preschool and we order their hot and ready pizzas every time we have one. It is usually a rather large order with some minor requests. It is always double cut and ready on time for our school. We have always been greeted with a smile and quick service whether inside or in the drive through. Our school greatly appreciates Little Caesars as we continue to have these events for our students. A big thanks from TNS.
I have never seen a more efficient Little Caesars. The Foley location is a close 2nd and Robertsdale needs to be shut down.
The car line is in serious need of rethinking. It is the only awful part of the experience but on busy nights, it becomes the whole experience.
Very rude management, always messes up my order and very unprofessional leadership skills. Also they need to update their online prices and advertising, from reading below I’m not the only one with this issue.
The pizza is usually good; just don’t count on the delivery. The manager told us to use the app instead of DoorDash, which we did. Well, only half of our order showed up and guess what? They refuse to re-deliver it. Door Dash always gives an option to re-deliver when this much of the order is missing, but we didn’t use Door Dash. So don’t use the Little Caesar’s app for delivery. Now the kids are sitting here hungry but I’ll have a refund in 10 days, so I guess they can chew on that.
Ordered online, arrived at drive thru window at exact time I was told it would be ready, after being in drive thru line for 30 minutes. Young man at drive thru window gave me the brownies and soda I ordered, told me pizzas were in the oven, to pull around up front and they would be brought out to me. I waited for 50 (FIFTY) minutes. Front door was locked at 7 no one could get in, drive thru line was long, didn't want to wait in line another 30 minutes. Had my 2 young and hungry grandsons in car with me. I was parked in front of store so when another customer knocked on front door until the young girl working up front came and unlocked the door to see what he wanted, I was able to open my car door and stand to tell the girl I had been waiting 50 minutes since I was told pizzas were in the oven and she threw her hand, palm out up and replied "ok". I then asked if the pizzas had burned. The girl finally asked my name and when I told her she said she would bring the pizzas to me, she knew right where they were. If I had not already pre paid for the order I would have left after waiting a "reasonable" length of time, 15-20 minutes. The pizzas were luke warm, not hot and ready as advertised!Taking my business elsewhere. Obviously this store is poorly managed and unable to handle a volume of customers and I don't appreciate the young girl's flippant attitude.
Ordered buffalo wings, me and my husband both couldn't eat them because there was heavy pepper on them, the pepper over powered the hot sauce. Please remove pepper and don't serve the chicken 'swimming in buffalo sauce.
Called for an order apparently online ordering was down. Employee explained computers were down and they could only do cash or venmo. I told her no problem. After many minutes of an attempt to calculate order amount I said give me the total when I pick it up...no problem. Ordered extra cheese pizza thin crust, extra cheese and mushrooms. . Order over 12.00. Order wrong after I got home. Should have checked. Called and was told to bring it back and they would make another or bring it back tomorrow and they would make another???? Should have regunded my order! Offered free pizza next time. Ridiculous
