First thing I noticed when entering was that a young woman was sweeping the dining area. Paper menus close to the entrance, so customers could see what they wanted before approaching the counter. They had some tables in front of the counter and food prep area, forcing customers to keep their distance. Plexi/acrylic glass separated customers and employees. After ordering, they get your name and call it out when your order is ready. No complaints on the service or food. Up to my expectations on quality and price.
The manager at this location clearly has no clue what's she is doing. First mistake is the fact she forgets her position. Manager not dictator. Treating people like children is to say the least. The owner should really think about the people she has running her stores. If u can't keep employee's then here's ur first sign of failure. Telling every customer that dares to ask for sauce at the pick up station to ask for sause when u order is prime example. It's Easter for customer to ask for sauce at the pick up station cuz it's at the pick up station. I could go on and on about how she is keeping this store from making much more money but I'd start to sound like her. Negative and clearly lost
Sandwiches were very good but observed employee wiping tables without using a sanitizing spray or liquid.
Firehouse has the best subs around in my opinion but this particular location has a new York steamer that is just next level delicious. Could come here everyday for one of these sandwiches.

Too cheap to pay their workers enough to stop them from walking out multiple times. Been closed for a few days, find a different company to spend your money with. The labor shortage is solely due to wages and conditions.
I ordered a sandwich on the ap from the wrong location. They fixed me up and didn't laugh too much.
Always great food but they did take a little longer than usual the last time
Closed at 4:30 PM with no reasoning or note saying they were closed. The hours say open until 9 PM. That's 4 1/2 hours early. Workers inside chilling behind the counter.
