Would give zero stars if I could. Did a mobile order, wife shows up to location only to be asked what her name was twice before employees got the manager who again asked for the name. All of this only to tell us they didn't have the donuts we ordered. All they had was creme filled donuts... there were zero glazed or frosted donuts available. How is that even possible?? When this location first opened it was great and subsequent visits have seen the service continue to decline. As of this visit, we won't be returning.

So I’m going to give this location three stars. 5 stars for the employees who are doing everything they can do for the 0 star ownership! Corporate Dunkin really needs to come in and remove the absent ownership and invest leadership that cares. Location is constantly short staffed and is always out of product. It amazes me that this location is still in business as it is obvious the owners no nothing of running a business. If the employees were smart, they will find better places to work, which might explain why they are always short staffed.

Selection was horrible and the doughnuts were very dry. Probably three different varieties and that was it and not alot of inventory of any .I'll never go back to this location agin !What a disappointment!!!

I come to dunkin almost every week. I always get the same thing and they can never make it the same way. It’s a pretty simple thing. For example, me and my friend went this morning and we asked for the same thing. One was wayyyy darker than the other and one was pure white. Another example is one time we went and they put so much cream and sugar it tasted like carmel. Coffee is one of the things that gets me going in the mornings, I’m really disappointed in this location. The people are so sweet and understanding It would be perfect if they just knew how to make it right.

I have been there on multiple occasions and they are always out of donuts. It’d be ok if it had only happened a few times but they never have them. It’s like after 12pm they just don’t want to make more.

Nice hair for breakfast. Wasted $10 that I really can’t afford to lose. Employees were nice but the food was inedible with the hairs.

I love Dunkin as a general rule, however this specific location needs a serious overhaul- whether it being new employees who are attentive or the franchise owner themselves. I understand shortages have been a problem in a number of industries, including fast food, however I don't find these problems at other locations in the region. No bacon, no donuts, no hash browns, only bagels they have are plain bagels and they are undercooked. Basic hot coffee not served as ordered, and there are no straws or sugar packets out for people to access. The garbage was overflowing so much that there was no room to toss out the raw bagels that I had ordered toasted. I don't normally storm to the review section to handle my problems, however it seems that this place has a bit of a reputation for being awful. I hope things turn around for this franchise.P. S. I just heard that they don't even have milk.

I'm done with this location. I'm not sure if they are underpaying or mistreating their employees, or of management is just completely incompetent. They are constantly 'not serving anything other than coffee, or claiming to be out of donuts and absolutely all food items. And even when they are serving food, it's a 50% chance it will be old, under or overcooked, cold coffee etc.I love this chain in general, but I sincerely hope this location goes out of business so we can have a decent one in Spanish Fort.Regards ex everyday customer.

This is a coffee shop cmon people can we at least get HOT Coffee as well as make it the way we order it? Oven is always out too . Unbelievable!!

The coffee seemed very weak. Not like the normal, delicious DD coffee.
