They have pretty good coffee... But it's kind of hit or miss if your order will be correct. Cold brew with sweet cold foam and some sugar...You would be surprised with the variables that gets thrown in that order... You end up paying for stuff you didn't order. Even when repeating it back. The person taking my order just heavy sighs and replies with a spicy... Yeah....My order was wrong... Again. Lol(I was the only car there)It's really hit or miss. Inspection of your order while your there is a must... Because they also don't answer the phone.
Line out the door. No sense of urgency at all. Parking lot impossible to get out of if there are any cars in the drive through
I was shocked today. A lady with different colored hair that worked at this store refused to sell a bald gentleman in front of me and called him a skin head. He didn't do or say anything except order a cup of coffee. Then the lady behind him ask for three dozen donuts and she refused to sell them to her. She said that if she sold them that she would be out. I was like wow! We all left. I just knew I was wasting my time there. So please don't waste your time at this store! I put one star to just be able to post this. They don't deserve any stars! That lady has put such a bad taste in my mouth that I'll never go back to a Dunkin' donut again.
The worst place ever! I ordered bagels with has browns and after waiting 15 minutes they come to tell me they have no bagels! They originally told me they had the bagels after checking with the people in the back. Such a waste of time! Left with just hash browns after 30 mins. Don’t come to this one, they need to replace the entire staff.
They don’t know how to speak to people and everytime you go to order they say “one moment” and it ends up being forever. I’ll just go to Starbucks nearby. They don’t seem to have these issues ever. SMH TERRIBLE. Just shut it down.
I am the only customer and it took them close to 15 minutes to attend, staffs are rude as hell as if I just killed her family.. also most of the doughnuts selections including glazed are not available, why even open store if core items are not available? No wonder why Krispy Kreme are doing better, extremely inefficient and lack of selection.
The first 2 times we stopped here it was just as good as the Dunkin near where I live in Alabama. Just about every single time we've stopped since hoping it would be better, it wasn't. Either they won't pay attention and never get the very simple order right, they burn the food and still sell it full price and don't tell you or offer to cook it correctly, or the coffee is wrong. Three stars is actually too ma y I do believe.
This place should be closed down ! Dirty, employees who have no idea what they are doing, or just don’t care. Simple order they had trouble with and got wrong. Got my money back and went to McDonalds next door.
I was disappointed with my Peppermint Mocha Latte. Didn't taste like it had any peppermint in it at all. I was looking so forward to my coffee this morning ?
While there was a few cars in line for drive up service it was by no means overly busy and with at least five people working. They seemed very disorganized and didn't even acknowledge us standing at the counter. Even after ordering we waited for a fairly long time with parts of the order not getting fulfilled and had to ask for items. Food and drinks were good and staff was friendly but they certainly need a good manager to organize and keep them on tasks. I hope they can get this fixed as I think they have the best coffee, even over the Seattle folks.
