I’ve went to this location on several occasions and the food has been good. This review is strictly on customer service. I placed an order online and my husband went to pick it up….. they gave our order to someone else, and she told him she would remake it. He went to the truck and walked back in 8 minutes & she told him “I will remake your food give me 5 minutes.” Mind you, the food was already PAID for…. he was standing there waiting, then she proceeded to tell him to leave multiple times for absolutely no reason. We never got our food. I hope corporate does the right thing & at least gives us our money back. We didn’t catch her name but she was an older blonde lady.
the food was not good. Also we paid $2.95 each for 2 big yellow cups. The carbonation on the soda machine was out and they had NO sweet tea made when we told they she handed us 2 can dr peppers and we looked at her and said "we just paid $3 a piece for these drinks" she responded "I'm sorry I can give yall 2 each". very disappointing ?
Forst must say I have been to dickeysany times always had a good experience till today walk to 4 employees 0 custermers have to wait well over 5 mins to take our order make order move to the sides told do not have any of the sides we originally wanted made more choices move to pay and get drinks get cups go to fill them no ice ask the lady behind the counter for some ice told we don't have any no where in the building is any ice at the moment rules out sweet tea but I deal with it the side I ended up choosing was fries basiclly only thing they had available wait on the fries to cook for the fry cook to bring out the fry basket and ask to dump it on my plate no bag for the fries no ice no sides yet have the nerve to ask me if I want to tip
Use to be good. Pulled pork sandwich was like a pancake. Wafer thin bread with half the meat compared to how it use to be. okra was raw and mushy way under cooked.. BBQ sauce was very watered down.Very disappointed!
After much tedious searching for a phone number to order from an actual live person because the online ordering option was too complicated, I was finally able to reach someone through the 866 catering number to submit a local pick-up order close to me at the Daphne, AL location on Hwy 90. The female who took my order was very sweet, and did everything in her power to send my order through, but after charging my father $80 plus dollars on his credit card over the phone, when he went to pick up the order at that location, he found out that they never received the order. The poor guy that was there was by himself, he was running out of food, and could barely keep up with the orders he had in front of him. My dad and my husband tried to order food from somewhere else, only to find they were closed, so we were left with no dinner whatsoever. We have ordered from y'all in the past, and the food has always been amazing, so needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with this experience and can say with much confidence that I will never be ordering from you again in the future. My dad will be calling you tomorrow for a full refund, so please make sure you make it as easy for him as possible because he definitely doesn't deserve to be inconvenienced anymore than he already has. I don't understand why you have made it so difficult to order from a specific location, i.e. a local phone number, but us "local" people who are your bread and butter so to speak, very much rely on you to make things as convenient as possible for us to make an order. Had lunch here yesterday The 2 behind the counter walked me through the menu . Ended up getting the brisket plate with Mac n cheese and coleslawBack for lunch today had the rib plate deal of the day with potato salad and coleslaw . Our standing ?:rd time is a charm still great food and service
This was the worst meal we have ever ordered. The meat was dry, bland, and cold. Our sides tasted like they were left over from last week. The bread was stale, and the portions pathetic. We will never order again.
My brisket was cold. They did not have rolls like in Pensacola location. However, Takira was the young lady that helped us and she was awesome!! Super sweet and helpful as I was with my 5 year old grandson. Actually, she ran to help everyone. The others working didn't seem to be very happy. Thanks Takira you made our visit nice! ❤️
I was visiting a friend and he promised me legit Texas barbecue. I called him a liar, but man did he ever prove me wrong!! I knew when I walked in and smelled the place I was in for a mouth watering treat, good thing I had my long sleeves on for those ribs!
