I recently went to circi’s with my kids in Daphne Al and had the best time, thanks to luka he made me and my kids feel as if nothing else mattered from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. If he’s there you can count me and my family in your granteed to enjoy yourself!!!!!
Absolutely outstanding service! We arrived 40 minutes before closing, and were greeted by Luke who was incredibly welcoming. He offered to make us any pizza we wanted (turned out to be 4 different ones), and his speedy team delivered. Luke, Elizabeth and Aria worked in the back bringing us fresh hot pizza without any complaint or disapproval despite the fact that they were to close relatively soon. The pizza was delicious and the cheese pull even better. I definitely recommend this location to anybody trying to figure where to go! Ask for Luke and you are guaranteed to be taken care of!
Luke and his whole crew had cicis on point the night we came. As “out of towners” it’s nice having people that are prioritizing customer service. They brought us 3 custom pizzas super fast and without any hesitation. We also came in late and they still catered to us. One of the best CICIS experiences I’ve had! They deserve a raise!
Ordered from Door Dash the other night. Pizza arrived cold. 5 minute drive to my Hotel. Tried to rate it on Door Dash. But you can’t talk about the temperature of the food on Door Dash!!??So here you go. Won’t order from here again.
Staff was very friendly & very helpful! Pizza taste good, lots of variety to choose from. Salad bar was plentiful & fulling. Very clean restaurant!
Food had no taste just pure flat. Service at order counter was good. The lady was very nice
Not exactly the freshest pizza… I was here for about an hour and they didn’t put anything new out … although I prefer to come to this location vs the one in mobile because it’s much cleaner.
I think it was about 3pm on a Wed or Thursday. Not busy at all, 4 or 5 other tables eating inside. Buffet stayed only sparsely filled the entire time. Food was alright. The place was filthy though! Trashcan area.... YUCK! cabinet doors under the silverware/condiments/beverage area... YUCK. Virtually every empty table in the dining area was dirty...YUCK. I didn't look in the restrooms. Won't be returning anytime soon, not worth the money for our experience.
Just went to place a pickup order and the guy that took my order was the rudest I've experienced in a long long time, he had the nastiest attitude and just didn't seem like he even wanted to keep his job, honestly I think I'll be getting food somewhere else from now on, nobody should treat customers like dirt for no reason, plus my food was overcooked.
If I could give it a 0 I would but I can't but anyways the lettuce was bitter, the pizza was hard and overcooked and just disgusting. There was only pepperoni pizza and cheese pizza then there was a child I wanna say who was probably 8 working in the restraunt. Will not ever go back
