I would like to thank Chicken Salad Chick for the presentation of my food. As much as I eat here, I had a few little things that wasn't to their standards but it wasn't bad. Today..is just ridiculous! I have a family member that works at a restaurant and I know for a fact; they go over and beyond on presentation...Daphne store...this is not it!
Their chicken salads are delicious. I don’t recommend using DoorDash though. DoorDash advertised no delivery fee and there were a couple fees on there, they just called them something else.
It's a great place for chicken salad ?. So many different flavors to choose from. You can have it on a croissant, white or wheat bread or just scoops of chicken salad without bread. You can get soups, fruit, broccoli salad or pasta salad for a side. Then with every order they give you a small lemon sugar cookie. Everything I've ordered has been awesome. The staff is always so friendly.
First time here and super impressed... in a crazy post Covid world, it’s hard to find fresh, good ingredients, good food... AND great service! The food is delicious, the sides are so good and it comes complete with a cookie! Super clean and welcoming. We are moving to Daphne soon, and this will be a family favorite for sure! From one business owner to the next... *high five* and thank you! :)
We tried several of the salads and sides and everything was amazing. We even got some to take home with us for later. We will definitely be back. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The whole place was extremely clean. High marks all around.
Edit: Corporate emailed me, then ghosted. That makes it even worse. Beware any comments from the "owner"Ordered a toasted turkey pesto, and they gave me 2 pieces of cold bread

Absolutely love everything I've had here! The staff at the Daphne, AL location are so sweet and very friendly. Nothing is overly salty, the flavors are super delicious! The broccoli salad is seriously my favorite!
Fast service. Very clean restaurant. I love their treats and cookies are mouth watering. I expected more flavor with their chicken salad sandwiches but wasn't impressed. It was a ice cream scoop or less on the slabs of toast and I had to tear off most of my bread to get to the chicken salad. The tomatoes were soggy and the bacon was gross. I'll give them more business bc I loved the cookies so much.
Me and my daughter really enjoyed having lunch here. Their grape salad is the best! Everyone that works there is so nice from what I experienced.
