I have been coming to this Chik-fil-A for over 10 years. I can’t believe that the current service model is working for anyone. I’m not referring to service during COVID peak times, this is May 2022. I have waited no less than 20-30 minutes to pick up orders that I order in advance through the app the last few times I’ve ordered. Currently, I have been sitting here for 25 minutes in drive thru and am still 4 cars back from the window waiting for an order that I paid for in advance through the app (if I hadn’t paid, I would be out of here already). This has been going on for a really long time with this location. Chick-fil-A corporate needs to let another franchise open in Fairhope or another in Daphne or both. Either way, this is my last time visiting this location after all these years. We’ve had birthday parties here over the years and many, many meals. I’ve noticed that it is not as crowded as it used to be (even though it takes longer than ever) which is a sign that others may be frustrated too. We love this restaurant and I’m sad to leave it. Update: got home and our order was incorrect and there were zero sauces included. My past three orders were incorrect.

This chain never fails to please me as a customer. Their food is fantastic, staff is just above amazing. They even treat my service animal. I do not know how this company always manages to maintain such extrodanary employees, but they nail it. I've never met an employee at this company that did not have a smile, worked hard, and did it accurately and efficiently. All while professing, It's a pleasure. Thank you each for your hard work and always a great dining experience.

I ordered on the app before breakfast had ended but couldn't receive my order when I had made it the the restaurant. I got to the restaurant at 10:30 then got to the window 20 minutes later. Instead of giving me a refund they just gave me something else and didn't have great customer service. The worker said to his coworker," I'll speak to her" before I was greeted like it was an inconvenience to them. They did not know what drink I wanted( mocha ice coffee) even though I had ordered it multiple times before and am a regular there. One kind employee knew and made it for me. I'm beyond disappointed especially because I attempted to eat the food (which was cold) and couldn’t. I had a dental procedure and couldn't eat what they gave me but I could’ve my original meal which was softer and easier to eat. This has not been the first time this location has treated me like this or worse. Normally this wouldn't bother me but the disrespect that comes along with this location is disheartening.

Only reason I’m giving it a 2 star vs 1 star is because we frequent this location. Well we use to, today changed that. My wife ordered us Togo food. We live 25 minutes away. My daughter has to be on a strict diet due to health reasons. When they got home we noticed her food is missing (salad) and the fries were half full. When we called the location they offered to bring the salad to us. Which would have been fine but once again we are 25 min away. So instead of trying to accommodate us they “gave” is a free salad on the app. WE ALREADY PAID FOR THE SALAD.

Hopefully this was a off day for this location. But the 3 young guys outside taking orders were goofing off so much that they waved vehicles forward and not paying good attention they forgot to take our order and when we arrived at the drive through it threw them out of order.However the young lady at the window handled it very well and was very pleasant. She took our order and just rolled along with it. So good job on her part.Oh well, maybe next time it will go smoother.At least the food was good.

Without a doubt, the worst Chick-Fil-A we have ever visited. What would normally be a pleasant 10 minute visit was close to 30. No sense of urgency. Cold food. Maybe if the manager was more focused on getting orders out instead of mocking people who wear masks and making jokes about breathing on them, things would move more swiftly? Unclear.

Usually fresh and hot. Don't recommend breakfast. Hash browns are always greasy and either undercooked or overcooked. Fries are usually warm but not always fresh and hot. So it's cold when you get to where you're going. Recommend a salad.

lady has cloth bracelets on her arm dark hair white, she fixed ice-cream drinks with strings hanging in there product not sanitized. gross, nasty. . what food handle class did she take?

This location is consistently NOT up to chick fil a standards! I waited over 20 minutes in the drive through this morning and I was 3 cars back from placing my order at the speaker with a single file line! I asked three separate times for my sauce and they never did get it right! I would never leave a bad review for just one bad experience, but there’s been too many at this location. Hopefully management will start to take some corrective action!

I’ve visited I have visited great Chick-fil-A‘s across the southern United States and never have I been to one slower than the one I am sitting in now. Time after time they seem to amaze me in how slow they complete my order. After waiting in the drive-through for almost 30 minutes my wife and I pull up to the window and are pleased to find they are out of what we ordered on the app. Get it together Chick-fil-A.
