When we went through the drive thru I was wondering why it was slower than usual.The guy who took our order was very friendly. When we got to the window we found out that he was taking orders, cooking and filling orders. He was a one man show. This shows that he is a very loyal and committed employee.
Very Impressed with this location! The staff was so nice and and extremely accomodating!
Very disappointing they got my order wrong 3 times while I was at the window and the workers don't care about customer service sorry if 0 stars was possible that's what they would get.
That Burger King was in Mississippi I was on my way back from the IP casino which I didn't care for that casino at all but anyway the lady at the drive-through she was so super sweet my food was hot fast service it was great I definitely go to that Burger King again good job whoever was running the drive-thru window yesterday afternoon she was a beautiful young black woman and she was very very sweet did a great job sweetheart you did a great job
You know it's good to have reviews on places and employees at places I was in here yesterday morning drive thru and notice after giving the girl money at the window she was hesitant when she gave me my change didn't check it until I got home ( my total was 6.66 gave her 20. 66 and she gave me 4 dollars back ) it's all good my god bless that young lady she probably needed it more then I did . have a great day
Everyone at the Spanish Fort location is so pleasant to do business with! Laasia and Alicia are so nice! It is a breath of fresh air to be appreciated! You can definitely tell that they have a great working environment! Great Job!!

Very disappointing! Went here and ordered a Bacon King and got 1 strip of bacon. The burger was also not hot & fresh. They also used minimal condiments so the burger was dry and hard. I had to add my own condiments once I got home. When I placed my order, I ordered some fries in the drive thru which apparently the cashier forgot to ring up so my order was incorrect. This Buger King use to be good before the remodel but seems like they need new management. I do not recommend this Burger King.
Bruh, my gf’s whopper was cold. The fries were cold. And they also forgot the cookie I paid for. You can spend money on remodeling, but the product is still trash. Smh
