Trash! We pulled over to let my little girl use the restroom and grab a bite! While in the restroom the heavy set brunette Caucasian woman that was working the drive thru came in and used it as well we were drying our hands when she came out the stall, and proceeded to walk out the restroom without washing her nasty hands. By the time we got to the door, she was back at the drive thru window talking to a customer. I was so disgusted, needless to say we did not eat anything there or anywhere else that night! So if you were at this Burger King around 8 pm on Saturday May 28, 2022....go ahead and barf just thinking about the nasty hands that put the top on your drink, handed you your food and possibly prepared your fries. I only saw a black teenager in there with her so she possibly prepared your whole meal with those hands after leaving the restroom. We rarely eat fast food anyway, but this was it!!!! Burger King is done in book!
Cashier was nice but I never received my order of LARGE ONION rings. I pulled up to wait for fresh 1s n I got a small 1 with like 5 onion rings. The male with who brought them out told me to get back in line to get the right order. That's ok!! It's NOT worth it. Dang I wanted the large order that I ORDERED!!
This store was very welcoming during our visit. They were super busy and the staff all maintained their composure and seemed to handle it like champs. The food was hot and fresh! Best Burger King I’ve been too!
Alicia was fantastic! Stopping in on our morning drive from Louisiana to Disney World my 3 year old wanted nuggets, although on breakfast menu Alicia was all too happy to cook some fresh ones to help a momma out! I also purchased two sandwiches my check seemed really cheap so I questioned it. Alicia said she had applied the 2 for $4 deal without even being asked. Now this is looking after the customers best interests! The restaurant was immaculate with a pretty view, I’m glad we stopped at this store!
Super rude employees. Very slow. Hire people who dont mind working in customer service because this burger king definitely lacks it. When i came through the drive through the employee was lauging while i was trying to order and I kept having to repeat my self
The food was nasty and cold. The “workers” sat on their butts and didn’t care that they served nasty food. Worst Burger King I have been to. Rude, nasty, and lazy. Will not be going to this place again. Only reason they have a one star is because negative stars is not an option.
Walked into employees sitting down in chairs behind counter playing on cell phone, with feet propped up not working. Ordered food, and over half of it went to the trash can because it was so nasty, and we were the only ones in there so they were not busy. I told them about the food and they laughed and started running their mouths. Will be contacting corporate and never going back to this location again.
We will NOT be going back after this incident. absolutely disgusting. ? While going through the drive thru tonight, we watched almost all workers preparing food with zero gloves from the window. One specific worker was walking around near cash register with his pants falling off (not in uniform.) He kept putting his hands down his pants to adjust his private area and then walked over to pick up fries to place inside bag. I immediately asked to speak to manager and for our money back. I explained what I had witnessed and he said he was "truly embarrassed." Why wasn't proper hygiene being taken?? gloves and such? no uniforms/dress code??
It's a shame the $20 I spent to eat at this establishment could've went to a huge bag of dog food and I would've been equally as satisfied. Their food is hot garbage
We stopped by on our way home from vacationing in Gulf Shores. Food was hot and fresh with great service. We will definitely stop again on our next trip through the area!
