Baumhauers in Daphne Al- server was rude. Management tried to help "fix" the problems. took 2 of them to get it straight (sorta). I have a DEADLY onion allergy. I told the server up front about it. Tried to order the half price "happier hour" hot wing special. The server informs us that they are not half price. We showed him where it was stated on the menu and he just walked away. One of the managers walks out and tries to get it straight. Says no worries he will fix it on the ticket. All should be good. Then ALL 3 wings flavors were brought out touching. 1 sauce has ONIONS in it. Then to find out all of them were HOT flavored!!!! They poured Buffalo sauce all over all 3 flavors. Not even 3 different flavors! So after this, we requested new wings with sauce separate. So they just brought out 2 sauce cups w/o replacing the wings. 3rd try with a 2nd manager - ummm..... they separated the 2nd batch with celery sticks. Helloooooo.... THE SAUCES STILL TOUCH UNDER THE CELERY! THERE IS STILL AN ONION ISSUE!!! My burger...... ONIONS on it! Had to send it back as well. So now thats 4 times yall tried to kill me in one dinner! Now, the grand finally..... Get the ticket. No half price on a $20 PLATTER of wings! 1st it was supposed to be an appetizer and not a platter. We have now pointed out 6 times what the menu showed and what we was supposed to have received. Server had to take check back to get it straightened out as well. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE VISIT. I don't need an ER or COFFIN to accompany my dinner plans.
We were passing through on our way back to Texas. Google review on maps said “the best burger ever!” So we thought we’d try it. We had to wait when the place we were in wasn’t busy - hostess acted like she would rather be anywhere but at work. Our two kiddos asked for a refill on their kids’ drinks and our waitress said it was a charge of $.99 each - is that common here?! Restroom had much left to be desired, and there was no changing table, so a mom was trying to change her infant on the sink counter (seriously?!) The food was good but it takes more than good food to have a good restaurant.
We love our local baumhowers! Always so friendly and speedy with good food! Our waitress, Mary, was a joy tonight!! Super kind and fun to chat with. One of our favorite spots for hockey games with a beer!
Mary has been our amazing server and had everything perfectly sent back and perfectly brought out in a timely manner always checked on us and was super sweet!!!!!!!
Service was great and the place was very well kept. But the Firehouse wings need to be front and center on the menu. Those wings were life changing, I cried while eating them they were so good. Songs should be wrote about them, and movies made in there honor. I'd give them 35 stars if I could
We are in town one night traveling through to Florida. Decided to stop in for an early dinner. The staff and manager were great! Very helpful and polite. Gabe, our server, was very attentive and helpful explaining the menu. We tried a Gooey Burger and the Caribbean Grilled Fish Salad - both were delicious! We also had an order of fried pickles which were amazing. Portions were generous - more food than we could eat. We will definitely stop here again when we are in the area!!

Service was a bit slow to start but good once going. 99% two staff were up to mischief in the bathroom, a bit off putting on the overall experience.
Great service and drinks. The 5 dollar well drinks all week is awesome. The wings were good and included some unique flavors and combos.
Amazing place to go for food, sports, beer, or just company with friends. The food and staff was awesome. Food food hot and fresh and great clean atmosphere. Would be a repeat customer if I lived in the area.
