I have a very short lunch. Stopped by today for a #1 meal and the bottom of my sandwich is so hard. I guess it sat under the light and on the hot metal for too long. Don’t have time to go back and get something edible. STARVING TODAY. ☹️
If anyone rates this arbys location with anything over 1 star, it’s a fake review from the employees. This place is a joke. Order is always wrong. No straws in bag, wrong drinks, no sauce at all, no au jus with the French dip. I hope this place shuts down so something worthwhile can move in its place. I’ve never seen a restaurant worse than a McDonald’s until now. Arbys needs to send corporate to this location asap to either close it down or fix it. It’s an utter embarrassment to the company.

Very unprofessional. Website states 10AM open time, they’ve let 5 cars leave the drive through line and 4 more wait almost an hour.
Good food and good service. Very ice staff. Clean place. Nice to have curly fries instead of typical fries.
Arby's has the best roast beef sandwiches the other prices went up on the classic roast beef in Gulf shores but it's too bad you can't eat inside the restaurant
Ordered in the drive thru for the second time in a row, ordered a French dip and a double roast beef. For the second time in a row, NO DOUBLE ROAST BEEF. It’s so annoying getting home with food for dinner or lunch and only having half. I doubt I’ll go back to this arbys, and I love Arby’s. This store is awful.
I went there a month ago had a really nice lady wait on me now I get this snotty younger guy today who doesn't speak to me and is rude! Then I ask for Arbies sauce he says that's all you can have were are out and throws one in the bag, the lady behind him was equally as rude like I should be happy they even showed up for work is how they acted. Never going back..btw my sandwich was horrible had nothing on it barely any meat at all was a joke
