Wouldn't even rate 1 star but this app doesn't give me that option. Very rude, very nasty, worst experience with fast food ever. Don't go here unless you want to be charged 2 times for your order and the order be so wrong that you can't even straighten it out. Tried to call and get fixed with manager and was repeatedly given the wrong number. So I had to have my bank fix the over charges.
Went thru the drive thru it was pretty reasonable not really slow tonight. Food was good but the reason for this review is mainly the young guy working at the window he was friendly talked with respect didnt seem like he was just ready to just go home he was kind an took his time to make sure that we had everything we needed but still did his job at a reasonable pace. After a long day of working in the heat an heading home at 10pm He made my night that much better an not only did i notice so did my kids. Great job
They were slow and didn't give me what I ordered so I had to stay in line another 30 min to get my order they missed .plus no receipt. Poor
People either love or hate Taco Bell! Luckily for me, I love it! Hands down, my favorites fast food place! This particular Taco Bell is well managed with friendly staff and decent hours! Will definitely be visiting again!
This place is a joke, we go very often on Sundays. I've let it slide but this past Sunday was horrible. Not only did they talk over me at the speaker but when I got home noticed some of my food was missing. Called spoke with a manager she kept talking over me being a smart mouth. I told her if she hushed for a second she would be able to hear what I was missing. Needless to say she didn't like that and hung up on me. I called right back and a guy answered I asked for the managers name he tried telling me is was a male named Justin clearly it was a female. As the manager Samantha spelt with a y as she was screaming in the background. I also asked to corporates number and he wouldn't give it. I emailed them online and still not answer. I will not go back to this location if these people can't be adults they don't need to work with the public.
Drive thru service was prompt and efficient. They were out of tomatoes, onions and chicken tenders though. It didnt affect my order but it did my companions order.
Loved trying the Cantina Chicken Taco Deluxe Box meal for my taste of my experience & my brother had his meal & it was good & mine.

Good luck with them to ever get your order correct. This location has gone downhill over the years. Staff is rude. Orders are always, always screwed up. Did I mention that they can't get you order right? Management clearly has the inability to properly train their employees. Standard quality checks. They're more than likely sitting in the office watching Tik Tok videos or hungover.
As good as any taco bell anywhere
