I went and ordered a footlong ham and white cheese sub with extra ham no fixings even you would think that would be pretty simple right but when I got home and opened it no cheese on it at all and no extra ham I live 23 minutes from the cullman store so I didn't go back I tried to call the phone no. on the receipt and it's to a none working number so you can't even call the place to complain I will go there I just paid $12 for something I had to throw away cause all it was was 7 thin slices of ham on a footlong sub bread really?I was so mad I threw away will call corporate tomorrow and they lost a good customer I would never eat there if I were you guys
Always great food.Also the gentleman who assisted me at the window was nice and polite , which is very rare these days ! Overall , great experience and will be back !

Meatball subway, good but expensive, 2 6 inch subs 2 chips 2 small cokes 18 dollars. Owners were forebears could not understand them. Don't know if they screwed me or not. Wish they could speak English. Subs were good though.

Ok my salad was horrible I asked for ranch I got spicy ranch so spicy I can't eat it. I called to get another one or switch for a sub and the girl was rude on the phone said you watched me make it. Very rude and I will never eat subway again. Absolutely horrible.
Yesterday, Saturday November 20, 2021I ordered online at this location for me & my boyfriend. He got a Buffalo chicken footlong & I got a chicken bacon ranch footlong. Majority of my complaint that I have is that my chicken BACON ranch did not come with bacon!!! How can you get a main sandwich & forget one of the main ingredients. I was very disappointed in that. Also not that I really care but the girls working were sit up on the counters on their phones not doing nothing. I applaud them for having workers & I know it was probably slow, but be tentive when customers come in. This subway is always good to eat at & we will be back. Just disappointed in this purchase & experience.
