Today was a good day, definitely a mentally tiring day though!I drove up to the window and asked for a coffee recommendation, I was so ecstatic when the sweet Gen-Z girl ( I'm pretty sure she was gen Z. She had on a crew neck and a plaid shirt underneath. Not something this Millennial mama would wear but very cute! )offered to make me something and I didn't even have to make a decision ! ( every moms dream !)I pull up, she hands me a hot coffee...I don't even like hot coffee ...but she was sweet, i was tired and the kids were cranky so I take it.IT WAS THE BEST DRINK I HAVE EVER HAD from this store !I drank every sip and regretted not upsizingMy drink! I took a picture so I can remember how to order it next timeHonestly the sweet worker and delicious coffee was such a blessing.
I go here a lot and use the WiFi to complete online class work. The last couple times I have come they have a note on the door stating that they are closed early. It wouldn’t bother me if I didn’t drive all the way here. The least they could do is update their times on google when they decide to have some bizarre hours. It is very inconvenient when I am depending on them to get some of my classes done and they have the long closed!
Sweetest drive thru person ever. I go here often on my way to work. I wish I knew their name! Always friendly and has a big smile! Thank you for being you!Also the coffee is always packed with delicious flavors!
Received service with a smile. Disappointed that lobby wasn't open , should have have signage to indicate that drive up only open!! Only sign stated changed hours at the door. The drive up line was real long, but seem to more quickly.
Tried to visit this location today but they had the drive thru blocked with cones and sign so attempted to go inside the doors locked with note on door saying drive thru open. How is it open when they have signs and cones all through the drive thru
I was gonna go into the lobby, but it closes at 6 I suppose. They messed up on my drink after I went through a very slow line, so I simply called to let them know, so that they could just bring it to the door instead of me messing up their drive thru. I had seen three workers standing at the counter, talking, so I thought it would be easy to call and get my drink fixed. Instead they ignored the phone. Maybe they didn’t hear it right? Well they certainly stopped to look at it before deciding to ignore it. Most people just have no work ethic. This Starbucks seems to have adamantly looked for that type of worker. This is the second time they’ve been less than acceptable in 7 days.
I use the SB stars like crazy and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the staff here. Thank you for putting up with me trying to maximize my points! The coffee here is way better than Gardendale so I made a special trip today just to come get the best coffee before I have to deal with the crazy shopping crowd. Thank you so much!
Best coffee/ Frappuccino. Forget McDonald's. If you want the best you gotta go to Starbucks !
I’m not really sure what’s wrong with this place but I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes and still don’t have my order. Terrible customer service and productivity… not sure if corporate knows how this is being run.
