They turned off their mobile ordering and have half of their stalls closed but it still take 30 minutes to get your food. I asked why mobile ordering was off and the stalls were mostly closed and was informed that they were short staffed, however, they had at least 6 employees which is pretty standard for sonic. I suppose let's give it up for bad management. I would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to go to a different location than wait 30 minutes for them to just get my food wrong.
The owner of this location cancelled in-app purchases because he don't believe the customers should be allowed discount deals. He also cut back Staffing and blocked off half of vehicle stalls so the remaining servers could cover all the customers. They try to say it's because they are short staffed but if you call they say they're taking applications but not hiring.
Waited 15 minutes just to get my order taken, and then when I got our food my son wanted a medium cheessticks and half the cheese sticks were gone... Supposed to be a 6 piece he got 4...
The kids said the food was OK but order was missing a Chili Dog ( got the fries all by themselves), a Cola , napkins and condiments. Too many other places for take out to bother with this again.
Food ok but nothing to wright home about. Great for a fast bite. When totally hungry.
Usually ive had good service but today we arrived hit the button and someone came on after about a 10 minute wait to tell us theyre behind an additional 20 minutes. So overall a 30-40 minute experience for fast food. Considering everything on the menu can be made in 5 minutes we just figured the incompetence wouldnt be worth the wait. Like a 80 percent chance I'll never be back.
It was super cold out and the young lady delivering our food to us was so nice even though she had to be freezing!
Was very concerned when I saw how busy they were. Was greatly surprised when our food and drinks arrived quickly and was all prepared exactly as ordered. Our carhop was extremely friendly and made sure we were all good before she left. Very impressed cause they were slammed and I only saw two carhops! They were both walking out with food quickly and with a smile on their face! Will definitely return and would recommend!
This was one of the better experiences here. We came right at closing and the girl that took our order and brought out our food was outstanding. Food was hot and well prepared. Friendly staff, prompt service, good food. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
Just Okay. The food wasn't too bad for sonic but they are S L O W!! I had to wait more than 10 minutes for a simple Cup of ICE? and they weren't all that busy! It's not the first time either. If one orders a simple drink or something like that, they shouldn't have to wait for another's food to cook an go out before getting the drink. It's not rocket science people ?♀️
