The chicken is amazing. They clearly use fresh chicken, not frozen. The fries are also very good. I'm not as impressed with their Texas toast. It seems more like Brioche bread with a slight sweet taste. I'm a big fan of having gravy as a dipping sauce, but they only fill the container half-way, and additional sauces are 35 cents, which is a lot for a half filled container. Over-all I like them a lot and will return.
I've been here 4 times now since they opened and I have not had any problems with my orders. Every time the food was brought to me hot and fresh. Chicken tenders are great. The fried mushrooms are good. I love that Cayenne Ranch. Found my new favorite dipping sauce. The only downside I can say is people park in the curbside spots to go inside to eat which defeats the whole purpose for those parking spots and leaves me driving around in circles trying to figure out how I'm going to get my food when I order curbside. If you are one of those people, please stop parking in those spots.
They are slowly working out the kinks after the grand opening but so far the employees are doing great to get everything out to their customers without problems. We went right before it became busy at lunch and there were two customers in the dining room and by the time we left there was a line out the door for service and all the tables occupied. Try the honey mustard. It’s some of the best around.
Came here for the first time today and it was so amazing!!! I personally love it more than chick fil a and that says a lot! The staff is so very nice and even walks to your table multiple times to check on you and even offers to refill your drink. Very hard working people and want to let them know that it is very well noticed! Y’all are doing great guys and gals
The food was good. I ordered the mango habanero chicken wings. The thing that concerns me about this restaurant is that the men’s restroom does not have a stall, and the door opens with a clear view to the dining room.I know of at least one employee who will be more diligent about locking the bathroom door in the future.
First day of full opening and of course problems are bound to arise. App and online payments were down, but they still killed it with how on it they were to find a way around the problem. Super nice people willing to go the extra mile to help you out.Chicken tenders were seasoned perfectly. Tasted homemade. If they were frozen then you definitely couldn’t tell.BEST FRENCH FRIES IN CULLMAN.I only pray that it stays this way for a long while.
I came here to update my review. My first experience wasn't bad but the food wasn't great either. I got the 3 and 3. The bone in wings were great but I wasn't to impressed with the chicken fingers. They weren't bad just not my taste.I went back today and got the Buffalo chicken wrap. Absolutely 10/10. It was great. I look forward to trying other items on the menu.
Service was good in drive through. Everyone was very friendly. However, fries were a little on the soggy side, didn’t receive our ranch with the fried pickles and didn’t get the correct sauces requested for one of the meals, fried pickles were too salty. The chicken tenders and wings were pretty good though. Dr. Pepper was a little on the watery side.
