Quality of product is terrible compared to years ago. They forced stores to stop making ingredients in store and had them order them pre-made in factories for convenience of the company. Overall it's the worst pizza chain now, even worse than little Caesars. You never see anyone go to pizza hut where I live and I'm surprised it's still open.

I pulled in the hut lane and waited over 10 minutes no one ever answered. Then I went in store and was not greeted for probably another 5 minutes. The pizza's were overcooked with nonexistently thin crust despite being original crust.Cinnamon rolls were burnt and disgusting as well.Taste was disgusting and service was also disappointing. Overall I would say my experience was the least satisfying experience one could imagine.

Best pizza all around. General manager usually on duty to make sure order is right and on time. Dining room open for self-service only, due to staffing shortage. Current hours are Noon to 8:00 p.m. daily, closed on Wednesdays. (Extended hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. weekly, including Wednesdays, and 10:00 a.m. to midnight Friday, Saturday and Sunday, once back to full staff). Current pay is $9 an hour in-house. Very short online application. Very quick hiring process. Pizza line can get very stressful during rush, and GM has a low-tolerance for too many mistakes in that area, because he takes good pizza seriously. Otherwise, this is a REALLY FUN, RELAXED place to work (I wouldn't lie to you). Flexible schedule. basically part-time only. (Delivery drivers paid $7 hour during deliveries, plus $5 per trip, plus mileage according to vehicle year. 15 minute maximum radius. Only app is a map. Need 3-year clean driving record, insurance and valid driver's license. Most deliveries 4:30 to 7:30. ALL DRIVERS, LIKE ALL EMPLOYEES, WASH DISHES, AND THERE ARE A LOT OF DISHES, ALL DAY AND NIGHT LONG. THEY GET WET & GREASY DOING SO. THEY ALSO CROSS TRAIN ON PHONES, CUT TABLE, PREP, ETC., PLUS CLEAN THE DINING ROOM, PARKING LOT, TRASH CANS, RESTROOMS, FLOOR DRAINS, SWEEP, MOP, AND ANY OTHER JOB NEEDED TO BE DONE TO KEEP THE WORKFLOW GOING AND CUSTOMERS AND CORPORATE HAPPY. IF YOU THINK YOU ARE TOO GOOD TO DO ANY OTHER POSITION IN THIS RESTAURANT THEN PLEASE DO US ALL A FAVOR & DON'T EVEN BOTHER GRACING US WITH YOUR PRESENCE. AND, ABOVE ALL, NEVER, E-V-V-V-E-R TAKE ANOTHER DRIVER'S ORDER & KEEP GRINNING & SAYING ITS YOURS WHEN YOU KNOW ITS NOT YOUR TURN TO TAKE IT, BECAUSE WE'RE ALL TRYING TO PAY OUR BILLS & EAT, SO WE TAKE OUR DELIVERIES & POTENTIAL TIPS VERY SERIOUSLY... just saying). And while we're on that note... Customers, I know some of you don't realize this, so I'm going to explain it... please tip your drivers. (The delivery fee is not our tip. That's the company's fee for their costs. Our $5 trip & 25-31cents mileage barely covers a gallon of gas, much less fluids, tires, brakes, maintenance and delivery insurance. Think about it). Thank you to the people who tip us accordingly. To those who don't, just please don't order delivery from us or anyone else. It's simply not fair to us drivers. If you did this job awhile, you would understand. We are not allowed to pick and choose our deliveries like doordash and other third party delivery services. They can say, "NO TIP, NO TRIP", & they can also unassign from an order that takes too long to wait for, & multiple drivers can do the same & just leave your order there undelivered, but we can't (I did doordash, dubbed "Doordash Lady"/"Granny MawMaw" & well-rated). We HAVE to take the order. So on behalf of all delivery drivers, especially in-house drivers, I say that if you cannot afford to tip accordingly, then you cannot afford to have your food delivered (& believe it or not, a customary 15-20% waitress tip doesn't even come close to covering it, more like 30%). We not only use our legs to walk to get your food to you, we have to use our own vehicles to leave the restaurant, drive in traffic, in all weather conditions, risking life & limb, dodging potholes in roads, kids in subdivisions, dogs in yards, cats in windows, and sometimes weirdos in doorways. We climb hilly yards, skate across gumball covered driveways, trip our way down limb-covered walkways, climb steep steps, & end it all sometimes getting no tip because the map took us to the wrong address or the customer gave the wrong directional for the road (A road name with "NE" is not at all the same road as the same road name with "SW"), not-to-mention the mailbox address being blocked by a vehicle or the house number being blocked or so small it can't be read from the road, if the numbers are there at all), & no light on, especiall

The pizza was ok but the customer service was lousy. If pizza hut continues down this path it will be another national chain that bites the dust

Save your money!! The pizza I ordered was delivered raw. Not cooked at all. Additionally, the person who took my order put the store address in as my delivery address. Which isn’t even remotely close to the address I gave him for the Palomino RV Resort! The manager was completely rude, and hung up on on our conversation. I called back and demanded a refund to which his reply was he was placing me on a never order again list?!!! Save yourself the step buddy, because I will never order from Pizza Hut again!!! This business has zero customer service!!!! If I could give zero stars. I would!

Exactly what you expect from Pizza Hut when it comes to the pizza and bread sticks... plus the last two times I've eaten there were carry out and both were the nights before a major holiday when every where else was closing early and they were still taking orders at closing time and were willing to stay open a little later those nights

The pizza was delicious and the guy working the pick-up window is always so nice!!

The product presented was not the product ordered. Besides poor presentation, the quality of the food, regarding taste, was low.

Staff friendly..pizza was made excellent

The pizzas were very bland. It seems Pizza Hut has lost a step in the past years. This used to be my favorite pizza place, but now it is not.
