Terrible experience! The cashier (a female wearing glasses) was extremely rude from the moment she spoke to us. Someone in our party went to the bathroom and left their drink on the table while using the bathroom. In the time they were using the bathroom, the same rude cashier decided to yell “do you live in a barn” at the someone else in our group and threw the cup away. Meanwhile the person the cup belonged to was just trying to use the bathroom. Terrible customer service!
Imagine paying for two "bigger" plates, plus $2.50 "extra" for Wok fired shrimp, only to get a total of SIX (6) shrimp. If that wasn't enough, they only gave 3 soy sauce packets for 2 BIGGER plates. All of these Pandas are the same. They seem to have this fetish for charging extra for less and holding on to the soy sauce packets for some reason.
I won't say anything bad but can tell you how to make the bowl meals better. The bowls are 3/4 rice. Make the rice warm and moist not dried out. Cut the one inch chunks of broccoli up or just throw the hard stalk away then cook it till its soft enough to eat. Do the same with the old hard beans that are harder than uncooked young beans from garden. Have employees cook I like they were going to have to eat it themselves and not like it was going out to a stray dog. Thank you very much.
Good food but it's nothing like the real Chinese food.
Food was good. The fried rice warm not hot. The orange chicken was warm not hot.. The food looked like it's been sitting there for a while but the cashier that waited on me, the lady was extremely nice.. All the crew members in the back was polite to each other. They seem like they all work well together... The dining room was clean. I did not check the restrooms. IF the food had been fresh it would have been a great visit but the food was not fresh..I was very hungry other wise, I would have walked out.
I live 35 mins from this location, they are constantly out of stuff. This last time I specifically said I wanted noodles. I get home to rice barely any walnut shrimp and orange chicken. I go to call the number to see if they can give me a fix it meal but the number just says there isn't anyone available. Apparently they need a new MGR and phone.
How have you been out of Teriyaki chicken for 6 months? A failure of management and ownership. Not to mention how terribly slow this place is. Just close your doors already. Hopefully this location shuts down. Hilarious how one of the employees here was trying to tell a Doordash delivery person how they should have a Doordash mask. Employee acting like they know something they know nothing about. Nosey and ignorant.
This is the 4th time I have came to get the teriyaki chicken and they have been out I told the lady you should take it off the menu she said there is a shortage it's not are fault so you can't put up a sign to let me know you're out of chicken before I wait in line to order then I'm stuck in line until everyone in front of me gets there food your not able to put a sign up right before the drive thru that says no chicken out of chicken this place is a Joke y'all's food is not good enough for y'all to be acting like this
First time to try Panda Express….raw chicken…. Took it back through the drive thru…no refund but we will be glad to fix you some more food or give you a coupon for later…no thank you Eric. I’m one and done.
Thank you for wearing masks. If you are high risk you can actually eat here. They are being safe! One of the few places in Cullman wearing masks while handling food and drinks.
