Very unprofessional. They had this posted on the wall after a customer made a complaint online about cold food and poor service when trying to resolve that issue.If customers having the ability to post a review of their experience makes them a "potential threat" that says a lot about not only the management, but the company in general. Will not be returning.
Good job. Mothers day. Son in law n daughter brought us food for 5 adults and 3 children. Order was perfect and delicious...I had the caesar side salad and the ham n cheese with mayo instead of spicy mustard..the bread was just perfectly soft but flavorful. Thanks.
I have put off on leaving a review about this so called restaurant. But after what I’ve watched, read and seen it’s that time now. When this place opened every one in cullman was excited to have something new . As usual it was packed for a bit after they opened. Then that faded real fast. Am I slowly realizing why. Me and my family have ate there once and was good and service was actually decent. We haven’t ate there since because I have been back on a few occasions. Not for myself but while door-dashing. And let me tell ya!! Every time I have to wait anywhere between 30-45 mins for 1 order. Once I had to even cancel because I spent literally an hour waiting. And every time I’d ask if they knew how much longer they’d either look at you like you have 3 heads, roll there eyes walk away, or say hold on let me check and not come back out. If they treat door dashers that way why would I want to return with my family. They have so much potential but have no clue on how to manage a restaurant and treat customers.
I will never order from this establishment ever again. They have never made an order correct the first time. Today was the last straw for me. They can't follow a simple order and constantly leave items out of an order. The food when done right is good but that doesn't make it worth the frustration in having to go back for a fix.
Horrible! Ive tried it 3 times. Some of the sandwiches are OK at best Ruben is under cooked and honestly bland besides the thousand island. The potatoes are like they are made then put under a heat lamp. Could get better food anywhere you go.
We came in at 7pm. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. Then only got 3 out of 4 entrees.The food that was supposed to be hot was cold. The food that was supposed to be cold was room temperature. There were 11 dirty tables when we walked in… they’re still dirty. Over an hour later.The young guy at the register is trying his best, but seems to have no help at all. He’s being very kind but I can tell he’s stressed.Very disappointed.
Staff was unfriendly.... My son wanted pizza, they were out... Both my sons wanted apple juice, they were out.... I wanted a Ruben, they were out of some of the ingredients.....I ordered a French Dip and the meat didn't look done on the inside of the sandwich. After taking 3 bites of the meat that did look done, it was so tuff I ended up not eating any of the meat.... Without me asking, they offered to replaced my sandwich with something different, but the employee was rude....Food took forever to come out....
If you enjoy waiting 10 minutes to order and then another 30 minutes waiting on your food then this is the place to go! It’s the best place to go and ponder if time is real or not, because this place will make you do that. Minutes feel like hours here, i probably heard every song ever recorded on earth on the radio by the time I got my food. A spicy southwest sandwich. It tasted good but it was cold tho which was strange but hey they probably left the restaurant to go to Walmart to get the ingredients fresh! LOVE THIS WAIT THAT THIS PLACE MAKES YOU WAIT!
Very difficult to find healthy options on the menu. Man at the desk was courteous and nice. I ordered garden salad without cheese or croutons and cup of chili to go. Picked up and 5 minutes later I was in my hotel ready to eat. No fork for the salad. I ordered oil and vinegar dressing. I got some over processed sweet brown dressing. It was horrible. Salad had cheese which I am allergic to. So, picking it out. Chili was lukewarm! First and last time at McAllisters.
Short-staffed by five people on a Sunday. The girl at the counter is barely holding herself together. No manager to be seen anywhere. Couldn’t call ahead and couldn’t order online. I love the food here, but I don’t think that I will be back any time soon.
