First of all, the person who took our order Christine was fantastic! She was well spoken and very professional! Sadie was the delivery driver and when she told me she made sure that she grabbed cheese and peppers because she saw it on the notes and didn’t realize it had been added at the store, that kind of initiative is what I look for in my employees. The food got here and was piping hot, we love Marcos but, this however has been the best experience ever. For us ordering delivery, it starts with the person taking the order and ends with the appearance and professionalism of the driver. From the phone to the final delivery of great pizzas, this was the best experience I have ever had ordering delivery pizza. Marcos Pizza Cullman, you did great! Please give kudos to both Christine as well as Sadie!

The pizza is great! Really nice workers! My only complaint is the tables and bathroom could be cleaner. Went in there recently and there were plenty of workers, but almost every table needed cleaned off. I even had to clean my own table before I sat down. Other than those two things that could use attention, it’s really a great place.

It was good, better that competing pizza places. We tried the Philly steak pizza and enjoyed it.
I would normally give 5 stars for this location. But after my last 2 experiences, I just can't. The food was made incorrectly. I paid extra for certain things and didn't receive them. And today, didn't even receive everything that I ordered. My 3 year old daughter has a disorder that requires her to not have cheese. Her food was covered with parmesan, and what I ordered her doesn't even call for parmesan. The food is normally very delicious, but today, it was mediocre, and last time, it wasn't good at all. However, I can't say one bad thing about their delivery service. I live quite close to another pizza joint, and Marco's always manages to get our order to us in at least half the time that the place right around the corner does, and the drivers are always friendly. Which is something I've always been impressed with. But I do have to say, I'm not so sure about Cullman Marco's anymore. I thought the mistakes from last time were possibly a fluke, but twice in a row? ?
